start off lower than the dosage required and build your self up to the required dose or you will have a date with the rest room took me a week before I could use the required dose. with that said i do it every other day the taste is great surprisingly mix and let sit a few minutes or you will get little grits not absorbed at the bottom if you mix and try to drink right away but truly love this stuff

I bought based on a recommendation of a friend. It appears to sometimes assist with sleep problems, but not always. Does help with RLS. Tastes OK.

Calm Plus Calcium is a great supplement to help one get relaxed before going to sleep. The taste is good, dissolves quickly in water and there is no chauky aftertaste.

Updating previous reviews below, and changing rating from 1 star (for issues with packaging and inventory control) to 5 stars.The latest order came with a lid that is the same width as the container (4th picture). MUCH better design than the old narrower cap. It's so much easier to see inside and to spoon out product.Still love the product and use it every day..............................My two earlier reviews are included below. I still love the product, but want to share issues with packaging and inventory control.Packaging: the first picture shows how much product is wasted by not putting a seal on the bottle. If you get an unsealed bottle (read on for why that might happen), I recommend opening the new bottle over a sheet of waxed paper and carefully tapping off all the product that is hung up in the cap and threads. Then tap out any remaining product in the old bottle, and tip all the saved product into the new bottle. MANUFACTURER: please use a seal that is strong enough to peel off in one piece!Inventory control: my last two orders were May 2019 and August 2019. Since the May bottle had a seal (a nice improvement, except that the seal was very weak as noted in the earlier review), I was surprised that the August one did not. Turns out that the August shipment was from an older lot! Based on the "Best by" dates, the August shipment was manufactured five months BEFORE the May shipment. This would indicate that inventory is not managed effectively. Inventory on dated products should be first in, first out. Second picture is the August shipment, third picture the May shipment.I hope these issues can be quickly resolved, because they detract from an excellent product.-----------------------------------Second review:My original review is below. All that information is the same, and I still use and recommend the product. I'm now adding some information about product packaging that I should have included earlier.By now I've purchased this product many times. The only criticism of all prior orders would be that the cap, although very firmly affixed until opened, didn't seal well. There was no seal on the jar mouth, only on the interior of the cap. As soon as the cap strip was removed and the cap unscrewed, probably 1/4 teaspoon of product, having worked its way between cap seal and exterior during shipping, would fall out. That was irritating because it was wasteful and had to be cleaned up.The latest package has a BIG improvement: the jar mouth now has a paper-and-foil seal, so NO product is wasted! Well done! Note to manufacturer: the seal didn't peel off in one piece, so you might want to experiment with other materials.-----------------------------------Original review:Recommended by my compounding pharmacist as an optimal blend of calcium and magnesium.
