Good after sells service that you can trust.
I have received my first product about 3 months ago. It was a decent product and all its functionalities are all right but recently I found a crack on its main body so I immediately contact Agaro customer care through email and told about my issue. After a few days they respond and call me back, took all details of the issue and agreed for a replacement. I got my replacement and truly their customer service is great đź‘Ť.

Poor autocut feature and it burns hallf of the side in kettle
My experience is so worst with this kettle cooker,the autocut feature is so poor it gets off so frequently like it last for not even a minute and power has come back after 5-10mins also half side of the kettle burn the food items...i will not suggest to buy this product

The media could not be loaded. So I got this order delivered on 11 November and I can say that this is perfect item for any hosteller or a person don’t have an access to gas. In this product I have cooked Maggie, heated food(sabji), boiled eggs, and it also makes perfect coffee and what not. But but but I started to face problems recently that this product have auto cut feature that works when the kettle get excessive heat and the kettle will automatically cut its power but in my case this is happening frequently. In the video I have attached you can see I have recorded that the kettle cuts its power within 2 minutes of use and after some time it gets its power back and within 20 seconds its power gets cut again and this is happening again and again. So that’s the problem in this, I have contacted to customer care and the process is ongoing. I will update whether I get replaced or repaired. Hasta la vista! so i got replaced my kettle and guess what it is working fine and i am happy with their service also that is very responsive and handy:)

The media could not be loaded. Kettle is ok-ok type(base electric part is of good quality....but the boiler steel part is not soo good)Agaro replaceable service is very quick and they nicely change the my defective product with the new one after a mnth of use.
