Review: This is Very High Quality Netting - I have been buying this meat netting for about 10 years and absolutely love it. It is flexible, stretchable and very easy to use. I currently have about 6 sizes that I use for Lonza, Capocollo, Bresaola, and large ham sized cuts of meat. I bought a large adjustable stuffing horn a couple of years ago and this #16 Netting works perfectly for a half Copa muscle or a Bresaola. It stretches over the stuffing horn easily and fits snugly on the meat to provide a nice shape for the finished product.

I have been buying this meat netting for about 10 years and absolutely love it. It is flexible, stretchable and very easy to use. I used this product to cook a boneless turkey breast on my grill. This is the perfect size for that item and it holds the product perfectly in place, creating a nice round football shape. I slap on some salt and pepper and smoke it to 150, then pull it off and let it rest for a bit. The netting pulls right off, leaving you with no mess, and a great presentation on the table. It makes you look like a professional...
