Great for spatchcock chicken. Sharpness is good. Good quality and since buying them, I have hardly put them down. Shows how much they are used.

I got so fed up with those kitchen scissors that were rivetted together- instead of screwed - at their pivot points, such that the two blades never met so tightly after a while. I was then quite amazed at the clever design of these. They are extremely sharp and have such a good locking mechanism for when not in use. The spring opens the blades very efficiently,and the two parts are designed to separate for more thorough cleaning and blade honing too. These will do me fine. These shears are well made and do the job, hence four stars. However they are somewhat smaller and weigh a lot less than the shears they replace and really should not be described as 'heavy duty'. The blade lock has a tendency to engage in use. The packaging is way over the top and clearly expensive. The cost would have been far better spent on the shears themselves. For anyone with small hands these shears will fit well; and while they are well made, I would have preferred them to be heavy duty as the ad describes.

TANSUNG Heavy Duty Kitchen Scissors with Soft Grip Handles are perfect for cutting chicken, fish and vegetables. They made easy work of my first Spatchcock chicken, but I had to use a knife to cut through the backbone skin first. Made from stainless steel, they're easy to clean and easy to keep clean.

PROS: crucially they cut poultry flesh, skin and bone all without an issue. The grips are comfortable and allow sufficient force to be exerted without hurting your hands. Really good for spatchcock chicken which is what I bought them for, but also for roughly reducing whole birds down to portions quickly. The blades come apart for easy cleaning in the dishwasher and go back together without any fuss. I've not noticed any loss of sharpness. Early signs are that the product is good. Only time will tell if it reyains sharpness and utility.

These scissors snap into place when you press on them, if you like this then this is the best scissors ever to cut chicken however I prefer this is to go back in the open shape rather than having to press a lever to make it go back in the open shape really not ideal

Il problema delle forbici da pollo, è che quando incontra un osso tendono a farlo scivolare verso la punta rendendo difficile o impossibile il taglio.Queste, grazie alla conformazione della lama ed all'incasso vicino al fulcro ti permettono di tagliare bene senza grandi sforzi.Parlo di taglio del pollo crudo e non di allevamento.Il fatto poi che si smontino in due ti permette di lavarle molto bene.Non usate ancora per il pesce (ha anche la parte sopra per squamare).Per ora sono molto soddisfatto. L'impugnatura è buona e mi auguro che si mantenga tale. La robustezza sembra buona, non eccellente.Spero di essere stato utile. Poi aggiornerò la recensione....strada facendo.

Dopo aver provato numerosi altri modelli di forbici, su Amazon, ho trovato le migliore in assoluto. Sia per la manualità di pulizia che per la multifunzionalità. Davvero soddisfatto al 100%

Gute Geflügelschere. Leicht zu reinigen und robust.

Aufgrund diverser Empfehlungen habe ich mir diese Geflügelschere zugelegt.Verpackung/Anmutung und Verarbeitung sind sehr wertig. Zur Korrosionsbeständigkeit kann ich noch nichts schreiben. Aber ich werde eine solche Schere -wie auch hochwertige Küchenmesser- sicher nicht in der Geschirrspülmaschine reinigen, gehe also von langer Haltbarkeit aus.Ich habe damit ein gegrilltes Hähnchen zerlegt. Das funktionierte auch gut.Warum dann nur 4 Sterne?Nun, obwohl ich eigentlich große Hände habe, liegt mir diese Schere beim Schneiden schlecht in der Hand. Die Haptik ist -zumindest für mich/in meinen Augen- nicht so gut.Ich werde sie zwar, da ich sie benutzt habe, behalten. Aber mich doch auch noch nach einem anderen Modell umsehen.
