Great sound, but lacking in other features
I really liked these ear buds. I have a pair of ATH-M50XBT and know that Audio Technica makes a great headphone. However, I am ultimately returning these.Issues: audio is a bit bass heavy, cannot use just one ear bud without it beeping every 10 seconds or so unless you take the other one out and set outside of the case, right bud is always the dominant one so you can't use just the left one, no app support and, according to Audio Technica, no plans to add it, so no way of telling battery life remaining or find my lost ear bud feature. The touch controls are also a bit "touchy" especially the volume. Trying to turn the volume down takes several attempts and each failure results in a higher volume so it takes twice as many attempts to lower the volume and ultimately it is easier to just pull your phone out and adjust it there.I am replacing them with Samsung Galaxy buds+, which sound just as good, a bit less bass, but there are eq presets in the app, easy display of battery life, and I really like the ambient sound feature. For the price, I don't think there is much that can compare with the ATH-CK3TW's, but I think you get a lot more for 50 more bucks. Maybe a bit more refining and I will check out Audio Technica again.

Stopped working after 3 months
The headphones are great when they work the extra star). Problem, however, is the right ear bud will no longer work, and the left doesn't function without the right. Not even heavy enough for a paperweight so let's see if AT will do warranty service during a pandemic.

WHY DIDN'T I GET THESE SOONER?
Wow, thank you AT for creating such a high quality product at a decent price point! As long as you put the right earbud cap on it it will stay in place and feel great! The sound it produces is amazing, the mids, highs and lows.... the lows WOW! I spent weeks looking at the Samsung, Senheiser‘s, Bose, Sony and other top brands but these smashed in price and quality!

Affordable Buds For Those Who Prioritize Sound Quality Over Features
Quality audio to me is almost as essential as water which is why I chose these earbuds over other feature packed, and longer lasting batteries in other earbuds that lack high quality sound in the 100 dollar range. Now these aren't mind blowing sonic quality mind you, however they come close for the price point, given that I'd certainly recommend them. As for comfort, I have no complaints, maybe because I'm use to wearing IEMs (In Ear Monitors) that wrap around behind your ear. They also stay pretty stable in my ears, I tried thrashing around to see if they would pop out, and to my surprise they didn't. The case used for charging is partly magnetized which holds the buds in place which is great. I also appreciate that the case is a backup battery for a extra 24 hours of juice. As for style, like always Audio Technica products come across looking very classy. So for this price range if your focus is on sound quality over everything else, these are for you.

Solid buy in this price range; fit and usability somewhat lacking
You're not getting a quality pair of IEMs here, but you are getting a very nice pair of earbuds. Sound is probably the best I've heard out of a pair of beans at this price point, but of course this is always going to be a bit of a subjective thing. Relatively neutral without that boomy, fake sounding bass you might remember from your last pair of apple earbuds. People complain the bass is too heavy, but I disagree. My home listening headphones are the SRH940s and HD650s -- neither of which are known for having an especially forceful low end -- yet despite being acclimated to this, I don't find these earbuds to be too heavy on the bass. Listening is comfortable, and I regularly wear these 40+ hrs a week, listening to every category of music you could imagine, in addition to youtube, lectures, etc. Battery life has not been an issue yet; I charge the pod no more than 30m to and from work every day, and they last me a solid 8 hr day with a 45m charge at lunch for the beans. That's the good part. On the other side, I do have several complaints. I use these in a relatively active job doing trim carpentry, and with the amount of moving about I do they are prone to coming loose. This wouldn't be an issue -- just means I have to push the thing back in maybe every ten minutes or so -- but then you run into the next problem, which is the abysmal excuse for touch sensitive 'buttons' on the side. In addition to the 'feature' that they pause whatever is playing if they think they've been removed from the ears (which happens about 75% of the time you'll reach up to adjust them.) Want to pause the music? Too bad. The voice cue is going to say "Pause", the music halts for a second than starts up again. Want to start the music? Too bad, the voice cue is going to say "play", start your music and then instantly stop it. Honestly, these things would be 100x better if they just disabled all functionality entirely from the beans. As it is, I only control pause/play and volume with my phone. Trying to pause music if someone is speaking to me just doesn't work, so I usually just resort to yanking one out. (And then, sometimes, they'll fire back up randomly just cause'.)All that said, if you were planning on getting these for running, I'd advise looking elsewhere. They Will fall out. Fortunately this particular downside isn't bad enough for me to return them... the sound quality more than makes up for the occasional issues. Volume is plenty loud with my iPhone 8. Normal listening I don't go above 60%. If you think these things don't get loud enough, you need to have your hearing checked. Seriously. I can run a tablesaw and still crank these babies up loud enough to hear the music/lecture over the whine of the saw. If that's not loud enough for you, then prepare to spend your last few decades deaf.

Great product
Bought these for my father-in-law for a present for his birthday. After he retired he did a lot of walking and I noticed that he had regular headphones and the cord would consistently get stuck or get pulled out. Having a pair of wireless headphones myself I know how handy they can be. However being water resistant or sweatproof is an issue. So when we found these for such a good price wanted to see if they'd work. And I'm happy to say that they do! He uses them every day on his morning walk and can safely say that they are sweat and water resistant.

The sound quality just isn't very good. Maybe I'm fussy, but for the price.
I can't say I like these. They are smart but too smart. If you touch it to adjust the fit it will stop playing. Too complex and fussy. And for the price, the sound quality is not good at all, doesn't match a $10 pair of wired earbuds. No problems with install/charging and the case is well designed.
