It is a very Good performance convertible laptop for the price.

Ok the computer itself runs pretty smooth and it does the job but literally the entire computer is changing colors after only having it a few months. I treat it very well and have never spilled anything on it but the silver coating is fading and looks like a piece of trash! Unless they replace it with a new one that doesn't change colors like this I am a very displeased customer and never buying a dell product again. I am not the only one with this problem either. And no that is not dirt on the top.

I am still learning how to use this new combo computer and Microsoft 10. This computer is much faster than the one it replaced.

I love the style and the features, however it was a few days old when the fan started to make a loud noise which I found out was because the computer was working too hard when I would use it to do normal things like searching or listening to music. Then it froze 3 times in the span of 5 days. I immediately returned it.

I purchased this inspiron 13 two weeks ago and after going through the set up, I got the message regarding my battery experiencing permanent failure. I have returned it and purchased another thinking it was a one time issue but I got the same message again! During the utility set up it says it's a non-dell battery that needs to be replaced. I'm very dissatisfied and will have to return once again. Not worth the hassle!!

Excellent value-for-money product. Were it not useless, I would buy a second one

This is the first time in a while I have had a Dell and I haven't had one of the new models in many years.I'm not a gamer and I'm not all that tech savvy but I am on the computer a lot for browsing, bill pay, shopping, research...This one is exactly what I was looking for; the perfect size, I love the flip to a tablet (since I don't have a tablet), it's so versatile, sleek, compact but comfortable to use, keyboard is awesome, I got the core 5 and phew glad I did; I can take it anywhere, battery life seems good but I have tested it more than a few hours yet.
