PRO: The system arrived as indicated. It holds the hose in place and overhead as described. The Hose Buddy seems sturdy when assembled.CON:- The structure is sturdy enough, but there are other models that are lighter. That makes a difference in traveling.- The velcro straps are clumsy. They take additional time and effort to wrap around the hose to hold it in place.They also come of the poles very easily, creating one more piece to keep track of.- The height is inadequate. The height is as indicated in the description, but you won't realize it's inadequate until you actually use it. Mattresses and pillows, especially those in hotels, are higher than the structure can accommodate. This causes the top of the Hose Buddy to brush your head. A good hose managment system is critical with a CPAP. There are sturdier non-travel versions that I highly recomment. The problem with this one is that it is a good idea but not well executed. It is too short for hotels that have thick mattresses and/or have big puffy pillows. Further, the case is a joke. It is a clear plastic pouch with two stick on velcro dots. The adhesive on the dots hac already falled off mine by the time it arrived. I complained and got really uncaring and worthless support from the seller Apria. Fortunately, Amazon gave me a full refund. So if you are looking for a home solution there are longer and stronger versions out there. If you really are desparate for a travelling version consider it but realize it is too short for many beds you will encounter, it is not particularly sturdy, and the carrier is cheap. Further, if you are unhappy with your purchase don't expect a lot of support from the seller after the sale.

It works great for holding the cpap hose. The travel option is not an option, after putting part A into Part B, it so stuck that it cannot be removed, so it doesn’t fit into the case that comes with or travel size suitcase. So i am keeping and made it work for home use.

I have been using this system for a while now. It has been such a blessing to help me not get awakened at might by an unruly cpap hose. It is easy to set up and take down and lays flat to go in the bottom of your suitcase when traveling.
