Our vacuum was sounding like it was going to blow up. After checking it out the roller was out of round. This feels like it's built better than the factory one in the vacuum. Good stuff bristles. The vacuum doesn't make everyone run for ear plugs now. Arrived a week earlier than expected.

My daughter needed a new brush for her vacuum and instead of ordering one, she bought another and gave me hers. I ordered the brush and it came earlier then it said, which was great! Took the old one out and put the new one in. It pretty much just popped in, now it's working like a new one! I've got a new vacuum for a little money and very little installation time. I love it! Used a handful of times and it already went out of alignment. It caused the belt to snap and one end was completely melted and fused to the bearing. There was no hair or anything wrapped around the brush roll to cause it to get caught and prevented from turning. I'm not sure if it just didn't fit my vacuum or what, as the listing indicates it was supposed to be compatible. In any case, the seller was totally unhelpful and provided no recourse because the return window had elapsed. They were also kind of rude and condescending and offered no apology whatsoever. Please work on your customer service skills. Buy at your own risk, but as a tip, if your vacuum starts making a loud sound, check on the roll immediately if it's still turning to try to prevent damage to it or the vacuum. I'm out $20+ and it's probably time to buy a new vacuum worth more than $50. You get what you pay for.
