Built well - may required ankle weights.
I love this. I use it for my webcam so I can stare straight at it. Works with most web cameras that have the screw hole on the bottom. Sturdy. If your camera is a bit heavy and you have the goose neck off to the side you may have to weigh down the base. I use ankle weights. My first one came and the good neck ball insert did not lock. Promptly sent a new one and was perfect. Recently bought one for the fiance for the same purpose. Good quality materials. No flimsy (or it would be in pieces by now)

Nice quality stand
I like this stand a lot. I use it for playing MTG over Spelltable. The base is weighted well and doesn't topple over. Feels sturdy.

I wanted to love it.
I do love it just a bit, its so study on the base and just what i needed but the top part of the additional arm for the curvature was broken and the camera just spins and spins. Sadly i didnt know until after the return time or i would have returned it for being broken.

Heavier than it looks which makes it really stable!
Perfect. Its heavier than it looks which makes it sit nice and stable. Adjustment on point. Base may be larger than you think so just double check its width and if its good for you then this is well worth it. Don't feel like I will ever knock it over or have it fall due to light shaking.

Much higher than expected quality
This stand is very nice. I was expecting plastic and cheap/thin metal. Instead, it’s very sturdy, easy to assemble, easy to adjust. The metal is very sturdy. Recommend following the order or assembly on the insert. Different order will work but as you tighten other sections, previous sections loosen (if tightened in wrong order). This is a very good stand.Very good for the price. (I don’t like this statement because it implies inexpensive price means slightly more quality). Very good / better in relation to other, more expensive options. It could easily be more expensive and still be excellent quality for price.Color me impressed with this stand.

Nice!
Took a moment to figure out the setup, but once I did, it was perfect for my needs.

Annoying to use in practice
This is annoying to use in practice. The features that make it useful in some ways make it frustrating in others. It's great that it bends and mostly stays in shape. But it's also rigid enough that you are somewhat limited in the ways you can bend it because it can't bend that far in some directions. While bending it, which takes some effort since it is sturdy, the attachment screws holding on the top and camera are easy to accidentally disconnect. The stand is stable which is great, but that also means it is bulky enough that it's annoying to move around your desk. This is especially true since most webcams have a fairly short cord that isn't designed for you to move it around. It's good at getting the camera up into your monitor/eye view, but you don't want to leave a webcam blocking your view when you're not actively using the webcam. Since this is a bulky device that isn't super quick to adjust and doesn't bend enough to bend down out of view of the monitor, you move it around which, again, is annoying give its size and weight and is limited by how far your webcam cord goes.Overall, I wouldn't buy it again. I'd rather have a tripod-style that I can unclamp and raise/lower more easily or a swinging arm clamp style that I can swing aside without adjusting the stand at all.
