This is definitely a solid professionally made dispenser! It also does a fantastic job of adding nitrogen to the coffee drink. Consider it to be an investment in a high quality piece of coffee gear.

Very well made. I've had it for about two (2) months. Make sure you "firmly" tighten (not over tighten) when preparing to make the Nitro coffee. Follow the instructions. I have used one (1) charge with 500ml and it lasts over four (4) days - 100 ml infused serving each day (this was a test to see how long the charged lasted).

The media could not be loaded. I received the NitroPress and my first impressions of the boxed fit and finish seemed to indicate high quality. However it appears the unit I received was not properly finished as the canister head will not thread onto the canister without binding. I've posted a video of the problem, but to summarize: it appears the the canister threads on the unit I received were not finished. There is significant binding of the canister head almost immediately after starting to be threaded onto the canister. Also the threads on the canister appear to be unfinished as when I run my fingers around the threads they feel unfinished with burs and very sharp edges. The edges are sharp enough to easily cut your fingers when removing the canister head. I was able to successfully thread the head all the way on to the canister to get a seal, however it was next to impossible to get the canister head back off the unit and I cut my hand on the threads in the process. I don't believe the unit I received was properly manufactured based on the fact that nobody else has complained about these issues. However I wanted to post a review with a video to showcase this if anyone else runs into the same thing.UPDATE:The manufacturer replaced the defective unit. I can confirm that I did receive an unfinished canister and is not what someone purchasing this would normally get. Changing my review to 4/5 stars since the quality of the product is very high. Build quality is good and the parts are all made very well. I've been using this product now for over a year and it performs flawlessly and is easy to clean.

My wife discovered nitro brew coffee this past summer. I decided to research the endless nitro brew devices to find something that fits our demands. The kegs and dedicated chillers were much more quantity than we were wanting. Then I stumbled across this 500 ml infuser. The size was perfect in that it fit in the door of the fridge along with a filtered cold brew pitcher. We have been experimenting with the infinite choices of beans. Fresh ground beans; fresh made cold brew results in the perfect nitro coffee. Now I need to find a bulk nitrogen supply for this setup.

Love the single serve the canisters only do two small cups of coffee so just be aware of that. Other than that super easy to use and does what I was looking for.

I really wanted to love this but I dont. There were no formal detailed instructions with this item. I had to watch 2 youtube videos to figure out to work this thing...very limited instructions and videos out there. I followed the instructions and I dont get a consistent pour each time. Plus I didnt realize the nitro capsules are for one single fill. Sometimes it does not dispense at all and my second pour does not come foamy at all.

I gave this Nitro-Brew as a Christmas gift to a young lady that is a true coffee lover. She LOVES the machine, and said it was very user-friendly. She wishes that she had one sooner

Great quality nitro brew, and also lovely whipped cream and soda. (Must have the appropriate cartridges )
