Critical and annoying design flaws as well as manufacturing process issues
Design flaws and manufacturing process issues make me rate this product with 2 stars only. Let's start with the design flaws:1. The board on which your child will be standing can flip up on the one side if your child to steps on the far opposite edge. This is due to the height adjustment fixture which allows to create a leverage-effect if your child's feet apply enough pressure for the board to flip (guess who was tip-toeing and managed to achieve that within 10 minutes of use...). Our little one (thankfully) managed to adjust balance quickly enough not to slide into the gap between standing board and frame.2. To stabilize the step stool its foot extends sideways in every direction. Since those extensions don't go all the way up to the top of the chair your brain assumes a smaller footprint and we find ourselves continuously tripping over these edges (which can be painful). Feel free to call us stupid, since our brain can't manage to get used to this tripping hazard or make us feel better by confirming this experience :-)3. Our painted version (green) apparently had been boxed by the manufacturer when the paint hadn't dried completely yet. One could still smell the fresh paint (so had to let it air out) and more annoyingly the individual parts were "glued" together by the wet paint, which resulted in paint being torn off (see attached pictures), when having to forcefully separate parts. Our little one loves to "help" in the kitchen so much now, that I'll keep it, but I would buy a different product if I had to chose again..

Happy toddler means making dinner in peace
So far we’ve had this kid’s stool for about 48 hours and I wish we had bought it months ago for our almost-two-year old. Solid construction, easy to put together, and sturdy. I bought this version over the one that folds up by a competitor because I wanted something extra sturdy for my kid who climbs everything. I have no concerns about her climbing in and out of this thing all day. I do wish it folded up but hey, we were using a step-ladder for her kitchen helper and she fell off the back. So I trade folding for safety.I also bought the Apple green color. It’s pretty. I thought about getting something to match my kitchen cabinets or at least the natural wood color and then realized there’s no way to make this stool less obtrusive or noticeable. So I went with pretty and I’m glad I did. It’s a pleasant green. This wipes down very easily with a damp rag or a spritz of diluted Method All-Purpose.We also bought the separate easel that replaces one side of the stool so that we had something additional to bang our shins on and also so our kid would have something else to draw on. She likes the cups and the tray table for her (washable) crayons and other things she finds around the house. It also makes a handy another-place-to-look when we can’t find the tv remote. We have affectionally dubbed our Little Helper’s stool Toe Killer and we look forward to at least a couple years’ use of this item.

It was great for the first month
This could be an amazing product- our 14-month old loves to help and see what’s going on at adult height. We loved it for the first few weeks of using it, however, the quality is severely lacking, especially for this price. After 6 weeks, the platform where our child stands is warped, splintery and the paint has chipped off. He used to stand barefoot (for better traction) but it’s impossible now because there’s bits of wood sticking up from the platform. The dip in the platform, where it has gotten warped, makes it very uneven for him to stand, and he now loses his balance easily. We will have to stop using it, and ultimately trash it. Terrible quality and huge waste of money

this learning tower is awesome! we love it
this learning tower is awesome! we love it. allows me to cook dinner without my son screaming and crying for 40 min straight. the reason i’m giving it 3 stars is that the green paint chips comes off really easily. for a product that is $200 paint job should be MUCH better quality. i recommend getting one of the natural wood colors and stay away from the paint ones.

Great for 2+ kids (but could be better)
We purchased the Learning Tower for our 20 month old. She loves being able to climb up to the counter and 'help'. I also love that it came in a fun bright green color that coordinates with my kitchen.Assembly reminded me of a piece of Ikea furniture. I think Ikea is easy to assemble so this is not a complaint. My only complaint is the screws it came with were cheaply made. They were made of semi-soft metal that stripped easily. If we ever have to take this apart I will have to buy new screws from the hardware store. For something that cost $200 I expected better quality control for the hardware. Really, I wish Ikea would make one of these because they would probably produce something cheaper and with better hardware. The redeeming factor is I think Little Partners is a small business and it is good to help out the little guys.During Thanksgiving it did comfortably hold my 20 month old and her 4 year old cousin. The size of the platform being easily adjustable and big enough for 2+ kids is why I chose the Learning Tower over the Kitchen Helper. If needing something for just one kid I suggest looking at some of the cheaper, smaller options.

Worth every penny, great way to spend quality time in the kitchen with littles
The only good thing to come out of 2020 .My 16 month old is obsessed with this tower, she is still figuring out how to climb in and out but it won't be long till she masters it. Very sturdy for little jumpers and will definitely be used for years to come. Lots of complaints over size being large but I personally think the size is perfect, any smaller and it wouldn't be as sturdy though I agree It's not really usable in a small kitchen. If your little one is always at your feet while your cooking or you need to put on a movie so you can actually cook then this is the purchase for you If your little one is always at your feet while your cooking or you need to put on a movie so you can actually cook then this is the purchase for you They can see everything going on and can be "included" in the cooking.
