Incredible knife!!
My husband and I take a lot of pride in our kitchen; we put a lot of thought into each thing because we love cooking and only want the best. Which is all about the quality. This is one of the best knives we have bought, and we definitely plan to buy more of this brand. The blade is sharp, the handle is ergonomic, and the cuts are smooth. Definitely a must have in the kitchen.

Stunning
I bought this knife for my girlfriend who is intimidated by larger chef knives. I love it. It is my first damascus steal knife and it is pleasure to look at. Came very sharp, washes well. She has cut herself once on it but I think its better than the dull knife she was using before. I use it as a prep knife. I do not like the large size of a handle on a knife of this size, partly on aesthetics but also practicality. Its a niche knife but one that is beautiful.

love this knife! extra sharp blade, well balanced and versatile. At first, I wanted to use it sparingly to preserve it. Now I look for excuses to use it on everything I can.

Great knife with some minor flaws
Great size at 4.75 inch blade. It’ll replace my paring knife and utility knife. I can peel apples or mangos with it in the air and also rock / push cut things on the board. I’ve been grabbing this when I want to cut a lime or some other small items. It came razor sharp.The flaws: the choil (where knife edge meets handle) could be polished a bit more so that there isn’t any sharp corners. In a pinch grip, you can feel the edges a bit. Not enough to cut, but it can be a little annoying. Some sand paper and a few minutes is all you need 2. This edge is amazingly sharp but the hand sharpened bevels are not 50/50 and more like 70/30. 3. the belly of the blade where it curves isn’t uniformed as well because the sharpener probably only sharpened the knife in 2 distinct motions at the belly (curve of the blade) rather than one smooth motion and where you bend your wrist to follow the curve.It’s not a deal breaker because it’s still functional as a knife (amazingly sharp) and with proper maintenance sharpening, the edge can be fixed. Continued sharpening improperly the way the factory has it would create a flat spot in the belly when you would try to rock the blade. There would be a sharp angle there instead of a smooth curve.Picture with banana for scale...

Good buy
Easy to use, easy to sharpen. 5 minutes on the wet stones once a week keeps it plenty sharp. Good size and versatility to keep on the line or at home. Comfortable handle, good balance. I touch on the light side.
