I live this phone cord! Because the end is already bent, there is no kinking or breakage and this it lasts forever! I highly recommend!

After some time using my Artics 3 headphones the end which plugs into the controller started to get bent from holding the controller on my lap. The angled jack and spring support help a lot with this. It is far more comfortable to use and the cable will last longer than the standard one that comes with the headset. All in all a great replacement.

Quality of the cable was pretty damn good honestly. A little loose, but that's about it, which is a minor problem. It's a good enough fit that if you aren't rough with your headset, it will do. Unfortunately, my Arctis 3 is now broken, but that is a different issue entirely. Not the cables fault. Not much else to sayBest regards from a fat idiot

Item was good for 2 months now it does not work properly crackling in headset sound in only 1 ear and keeps mic open all the time.Would not buy again !!!!!! And no way to replace now because it's past the return window

I love my Arctis 7 headset so much that I use it as my daily on-the-go headset. I was glad to find this because the original cord was too long. The sound quality is great and I'm glad to not have so much cord.

I don't play with a headset very often. My head set usually stays out for its Bluetooth capabilities, this cord was rarely used. It stayed loosely wrapped, in a bag, in a drawer. After the small amount of use, it started losing its ability to play through both ears, then it was very quiet on max volume, then nothing. If you need something temporary this may work.Not a long term solution
