Broken upon arrival

Blue Foil Color comes off when touched
The product arrived in good condition and looked beautiful! Beware that the blue foil will come off when touched. My 1 yr old grabbed the candle (after it was blown out) and the blue foil came off all over his hands and was difficult to pick all the little pieces off before he could finish eating/smashing his cake. Under the blue foil is a white candle. This product might be better suited for older children or adults.
