A great gadget!
I had great fun using this! Shows clear pictures of ear drums and wax. I couldnt get on with the attachments to get the wax out (the scraper tool). The tool was too long and by the time the tool was in my ear the camera was still out of my ear and therefore i couldnt see what i was doing. One thing i have to add is once the app is set up change the megapixel setting to get a clearer view

Dangerously bad
I wanted to use this with a windows 10 PC but the app they say to download from their website (camera.exe) refused to find the camera (and soon after Windows Defender spotted I'd also downloaded a PUA, cheers guys!). It looked very much like it wanted to connect to a wifi camera - which this model isn't.So, reluctantly, I went to the google app store to use it with my phone (galaxy note 10 lite). The app store app wanted to download a newer version (presumably from their website) but I have that blocked, so this review is for the app store version. The instruction leaflet mentions OTG but I found it only worked *without* my OTG adaptor.Once you get it working:1) Very grainy picture even once you find the hidden HD option.2) The part of your ear canal by the LEDs is so bright that it's washed out, but the part of your ear further away in focus, (1.5cm away) is dark so it's hard to interpret what you are seeing.3) The LEDs get uncomfortably warm past about half-powerI just wanted to use it to look at my ears and it wasn't much good for that. You would be mad to try and use the ear-cleaning tools with such a poor picture. Seriously, you will almost certainly do real damage to yourself.

Helpful medical device
Just need a bit of practice to familiarise with it, easy to set up and use with a mobile phone. I like the photo and video function to save in patients records. Useful in a mobile practice.Does what it says on the box.

Okay for checking ears, not cleaning them
Its okay, the quality is quite good to be honest. We check our ears and you can definitely see everything inside. The only problem is the tools, they are impossible to use as the ear canal is quite narrow and it cant really be moved side to side as expected.

Just ok I suppose
Difficulty downloading App to make this product work. A bit blurry but suppose it's only £14.99
