I received this as an early birthday present. For the last few years, I've been buying budget laptops--11.6" with 4 or 8 gig of RAM. Now, in the age of Zoom, those were nowhere near good enough. The most important part of my life, my religion, is on Zoom only due to the Pandemic.This laptop is the best I've had in a long time. Its display is beautiful and its processing is FAST!!! While not mentioned in the description, the wireless adapter is dual band and as fast as the external network adapter I'd bought for my old computer.Yes, the fan can be loud at times but it's not irritating (and I am someone who is sensitive to certain sounds and noises). I don't know if it runs hot because my previous computer did so I bought a cooling pad and use it under this computer as well.As a confirmed Dell customer, I had three Dell chargers which I was delighted to discover were compatible with my new laptop meaning I didn't have to pay over $100 for an additional HP charger & adapter.Laptop is easy to set up, though I did take it out of S mode to install programs like Norton and Adobe. TouchPad is quick and responsive.On my old computer (purchased in November before the Zoom age made it worthless for what I needed it to do), the CPU was at 100% all the time unless it was idle. In trying to salvage it, I tweaked all settings, turned off background apps, and did everything I could but none of it made a difference in CPU use. This computer has barely approached 50% CPU during use. Memory, too, is far superior to my old computer.If you're looking for a mid-range laptop, this is a great buy. I've only had it since Friday (received it over a week early!) but if it continues its phenomenal performance, I may now be a confirmed HP customer.Highly recommend this laptop and Legendary Computer.Bgeesfan

So far, the only thing I have not been so happy with is the screen brilliance isn’t as good as my old HP screen. It is hard for us to see sometimes. However, we have not taken time to download the user’s manual so maybe it can give me some direction on how to change, or enhance, the color. The other aspects are fine and I am enjoying all the features of Windows 10. And, the computer is lighter than my old HP.

Everything I was hoping for in a laptop, I do a lot with photos and this laptop is perfect. The touch screen feature was something I didn’t think I’d use, but I was wrong, I love it and use it all the time! The quality of the backpack is very nice and I use it daily for carrying my laptop! I would definitely recommend this laptop - when my coworker was looking for a laptop this was my first suggestion to her!

Keyboard cheap

Top of the line laptop from a very reputable company, Hewlett Packard. It is a very good deal and I also got the four year computer protection package so that the laptop will last for a while. It is very fast, powerful, and highly useful for all of my daily computer needs.

This HP is loaded up & very fast. Love the Touchscreen . It has improved my work by approx.25% on speed alone. Legendary Computers really got it right!! & the Free Backpack carrying case is a nice Touch. Would highly recommend...

Glitchy , HP doesn’t like google chrome, not great compatibility. I’d never purchase an HP again. Not user friendly. Only reason I bought it was for webcam which works fine. I like my old Lenovo but webcam couldn’t connect to zoom .

I got this HP touchscreen laptop for my grandson for his graduation from high school. He was thrilled! He loves it and it will be a great help in his college years. I also got the backpack as well. He lived that too!
