I own several Demmex lamps now, and this one is like the others, beautiful, well made, and worth the money. I ordered the hanging lamp, and the wrong Item showed up (a floor pole light). I e-mailed Adele at Demmex, she responded within 24hrs asking for a picture of the item I received. After sending the picture she quickly replied and sent a replacement. It arrived from Turkey in 3 days! An amazing product, and excellent customer service experience.

I got this lamp as a gift for my sister and she looooves it! It was easy to install; although she got more heavy duty hooks for the ceiling. It’s even more beautiful in person. Great size and the light it gives off is so nice. The light is warm but it has a large distance of coverage. Definitely would 100% recommend. If you’re thinking about it just get it!

I have had my eye on one of these for quite a while. Local vendors in the mall are priced twice the price. Assembly was easy enough, but the QR code took me directly to a video of a slightly different style lamp. Shipping was surprisingly fast from Turkey to the US (Shipped July 2nd and was in my hands early morning July 5th).The lamp is beautiful and a great accent light in my intended room.

Even though I read the description, it was a little bigger than I thought. Which, was perfectly fine. I did have a duh moment and couldn't figure out how to put it together. I contacted the seller Adele Demmex and they sent me a video instruction and it worked perfectly. It's beautiful and I LOVE it.

This is perfect for my boho style and finishes off a corner between two window. I inherited ceiling hooks and it always looks awful when removing them so I wanted to try a hanging lamp. (the lamp does come with two hooks) The chain is a unique pattern and the lamp is much prettier than pictured. Although I would have loved to have gone with one of the beautiful colored shades it would have been a bit much with my bright oriental rugs. The lamp is handmade and comes from Turkey.

First, we had read all the reviews complaining about the difficulty in assembling. Upon arrival (which only took 5 days from Istanbul to California), it took longer to remove all the bubblewrap, which protected it perfectly for safe shipping, than to assemble it. Without instructions (though they do include a link to a Youtube video), it took us all of maybe 4 minutes to put the parts together. For anyone who has ever dealt with a Tiffany floor lamp or a wall sconce with a fililal, it was extremely simple and fast. Plugged it in to test it and it is beautiful. Bought the larger 10" diameter to use in a narrow hallway. Still have to hang it, which will involve hardwiring it, but again, that is a very simple process if you know what you are doing and shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes.Overall, cannot be more pleased with this purchase, from the excellent packaging, to the unbelievably FAST delivery, to the ease of assembly and the beauty of the light.

Beautiful both with the light on or off. Great workmanship and quality parts. Very impressed with the way it was packaged for shipment. Will definitely buy from the store again.

Lleno todas mis expectativas, quedo increíble dentro de mi casa

I ordered this lamp back in December for my living room and when it arrived and we hung it up it just didn't go with the room. At all. And I tried for a few days to learn to love it but it just clashed so much that I emailed to inquire about returning it. I heard nothing back so emailed twice more ... and never got a reply. So I had a $160 lamp sitting in a box in the storage room. Now 5 months later we have redone the spare room downstairs and I have found the perfect spot for this lamp. The lamp itself is absolutely beautiful and is worth 5 stars but because of the poor customer service I took a star off. Even if they had just replied and said so sorry, can't be returned it would have been preferable to being ignored. They should also make it very clear before you purchase that all sales are final.

I have been looking at these lights for a long, long time. Trying to decide between this one and the coloured ones was so hard. I tend to have eclectic tastes and everything needs to compliment each other without taking over.This does light up the room in a very sexy way. It is bright enough that I can read by it in the evening. But not so bright that I could do crafts by it. I put a LED 9w bulb in it that I picked up from Costco.When the evening sun comes through my window and hits it, I love the sparkles that shine all over the room.It came so incredibly well wrapped. It was well secured in every way. No problems there. It is heavy, so I made sure the hook went into a ceiling stud. Would hate for this piece to have a horrible ending when it came to me so well protected.We will definitely be getting at least one more, just don't know where we will put it yet. The second one will need to be a coloured one fersure!!!
