Nintendo Wii Remote Plus - Pink

I gave this to my mom on Valentine's Day. She got a kick out of the fact that it's pink. So this is the Wii Remote Plus, which has a built-in Motion Plus. It is the exact same size and shape as the old-style Wii Remote, so all accessories, such as jackets, battery covers, and rechargeable batteries work with it and are interchangeable between the regular Wii Remote and the Wii Remote Plus. It works exactly the same way with both the Wii and the Wii U, and the system itself doesn't care whether you are using an old Remote with a Motion Plus connected or the new Remote Plus. It should be noted, and has been by some, that the newer remote jackets and battery covers have one improvement over the older ones: each has a little hole over the Sync button, so you can pair your remote with a different console quickly and easily without so much as removing the jacket. It is always recommended that you buy official Nintendo brand controllers. They work much more reliably and have a much longer lifespan.

Love the color pink so this controller seemed perfect for me. It works great with my Wii and Just Dance 2014. I've noticed a HUGE difference from previous Just Dance games using the old standard Wii remote. This remote seems to catch my motions much better!

Thought I was buying this new. Turned out the arrow pad doesn't work. Buyer wouldn't allow a refund. Otherwise love the color and it works otherwise.

I ordered this because it's an official nintendo remote and it's pink. It looks like an official remote and acts like one, but the first one we had died in less than a week. That is unusual for a nintendo product. I got a new one and it's been fine for over a month, so maybe I just got a dud the first time. Otherwise, this is responsive, pretty, and comes with the motion plus built in, which is great. I like the way it feels better with the covering removed, and it you can slip it on and off easily.

My 7 year old granddaughter loves her pink remote. Now she can play Wii with her older brothers with her own special remote and not have to "fight " about whose remote is whose. We have purchased a total of 10 Wii remotes including this one, and 3 Wii systems over the past 3 years for our grandchildren and am happy to see that Wii has a special pink remote for our little Princess.

used it for the first time last night,Easy to Sync to my console took like two seconds.I seen in other reviews about some people getting older models and the Newer one has USZ in the upper right hand corner of the flap on top of the box Which is the one I Got (USZ) on my box WORKS GREAT!!and it Comes with a Clear Wiimote jacket skin <<(the Good one that you get from nintendo)

I got Wii around 2009 and the adapters for the Wii motion plus are starting to get old. This is also a real Wii remote plus with the nintendo seal on the box. After using it for about an hour, I noticed two good differences: 1) It is much lighter to hold in my hand than the original Wii remotes 2) It also fits better in my hands without the extra adapter All in all, I would recommend this controller to family and friends.

My granddaughter's brother loves his Wii and Wii U ! To encourage her to interact with her brother and to better enjoy some of the Wii games, I bought her the pink Wii Remote Plus. You should have seen her face when she opened this gift. I loved her surprised look that it was pink and the satisfied look that this "pink" remote was totally hers !! She loves it and this remote adds to the fun of using the Wii !! Please get this remote for all your little girl gamers !!!

Nintendo Wii U products enable the gamer to totally enjoy the gaming experience, and this new re-designed Wii U remote plus make it more rewarding to play all the simulated games like tennis, golf and bowling since you can actually feel it when you hit the ball/roll the ball, so this product is HIGHLY recommended!

I was going to write an awesome review, but noticed now that mine did not come with the attachment on the bottom. Falsely advertised. Unless you're looking for just the remote which came as promised, no attachment on the bottom.
