Ram Quick-Grip Holder. Great product strong spring tension and adjustability.I have A Samsung phone with an Otterbox on it and I'm installing it on my dual sport.For riding off road ,the phone is very secure and highly doubtful that it will fall out even in an accident.I have a Ram X- Grip that holds A Garmin gps with the retaining straps and works well and doesn't fall off.But didn't want that set up for my phone,it's quicker to take the phone off and on the bike.This fits the bill and couldn't be more happy with my purchase .

Purchased for in my work dump truck. Needed something more durable than other weaker mounts. This thing is tough, durable, well built, strong. Very easy to set up and use. Can make fit a lot of different phones. Easy to put phone into and remove without worrying phone will fall out on its own.

I use this primarily on my motorcycles. I didn't think RAM could make a better mount than the previous version of this Quick Grip Mount, I was wrong the new one is much better. The fingers on the old one would stress crack from use over time and then it wouldn't hold the phone in place as well and you couldn't get replacement fingers.The big change with the new one is it uses spring tension from the top to hold the phone in place and the fingers are just guides with minimal stress on them. The spring tension is very strong, the phone never moves and is tight and secure at all times. Short of an accident I don't see it coming out of the mount for any reason.This mount is of the usual high quality of what is expected from Ram products and a good value. The mount is thick and sturdy, comes with a ball mount and all the necessary pieces to customize the fit to your phone. It accommodates the Galaxy 9+ with another 1/2 inch to go, could also go wider by 1/2" as well.Totally satisfied and I bet this one lasts for years just like the last one.

I love this thing. I'm an avid off-roader and needed something to hold the phone steady while driving over obstacle's so I can use it for navigation, tire pressure monitoring, etc. I had been using the ram-mount X-grip, but the phone turns side to side freely in that device (not sure what good it is). Their solution to this movement is to attach a rubber stabilizer to each corner, which is terribly inconvenient. So when I saw this phone holder I gave it a try. Not only is it cheaper, it's better than that "X" thing I've been frustrated with for years.It's easy to put this together with just a Phillips screwdriver and it attaches easily to the 1" ball the X was attached to. Putting the phone in and and taking it out is easy and the phone is absolutely secure when in place. I bought the large size and my 16 pro max fits fine. There is a choice of 6 locations for the 4 side pins depending on where the side buttons are. I used the bottom 4 of 6.Again, I'm totally satisfied with this and highly recommend it for anyone who needs a secure phone holder. Probably works well on a motorcycle or mountain bike, too.
