Excellent gift for your children or others on any occasion to lean about the Beatitudes.
This is a beautifully illustrated and clearly written book about the life of the the Wonder Worker, St. Sarov and the Beatitudes, not only for Orthodox Christians but for all Christians of all denomonations. I have given it as gifts to my own children as well as others for a variety of occassions. It is written in a way that clearly connects a reader of any age to a story and lesson that is timeless and one that we can all be reminded of more often. An excellent book.

St. Seraphim's Beatitudes
Father Daniel Marshall has written well of this good saint, not only for Orthodox children to know him, but also for any one who is not raised in the Orthodox tradition. Paul Drozdowski has provided fine illustrations.Saint Seraphim of Sarov was one of the three saints so filled with Christ that even the animals trusted and befriended him. The others were St. Cuthbert of Lindisfarne and St, Francis of Assisi.

St Seraphim's Beatitudes
Brilliant. I highly recommend this book to everyone of every age. Best children's book ever and also very affordable. I love this book and I don't doubt that you will to. My 14 year old child, never religious before, now is extremely religious, and following his true vocation and becoming a Priest. So I recommend that you get it!
