Gaslight

You may be a victim of gaslighting or know someone who is experiencing the same torture as the lady in the film. The film industry should bring the film up-tp-date and capture a new present-day audience.

Ingred Bergman delivers a stellar performance in this film, Charles Boyer certainly has all his ducks in a row at least he thinks.Also great performance by a young lady in her first film. She may even get some hints for latter on in her life when she's writes about murders. A young Angela Lansbury plays quite a flaunting maid.

What a classic movie! It is a must see for all women young, middle-age, and seniors ! It really defines what it means to "gaslight" someone. Even men can be "gaslighted" by a potential partner. It is painful to watch, but teaches a person what to watch out for in a potential partner. It is well worth it to own the DVD !!!!

I agree with another reviewer, that the Korean subtitles are distracting and the DVD goes right into the movie without any way to turn them off!! I've ordered the Blu-ray instead as it is a favorite movie of mine. I hope the picture will be better and the DVD a better quality. I wish I had heeded the advice of other comments. The movie is excellent with great actors, however and it would get a 5 star rating!

This movie is a great old classic, loved the actors had watched it a lot but wanted to own it. Don’t like the new movies the classics better
