These are pads that you add onto your incontinence underwear. There is glue strips on the backside but no film thus allowing urine to be absorbed there and any extra absorbed onto the underwear underneath. There are days that I create more than others. There are also times when I’ll be away from home and won’t be able change for some time. These would be good for overnight also. Glue on backside holds the pad securely. It is also fairly thick.I am glad I found this product and ordered a second package. I wish there were more packaged together like maybe 30.

My husband cuts these in half and rolls them up and inserts it in my diaper to extend the absorption quantity of the diaper.

LivDry is a USA business. And I have tried the regular disposable pants. But I needed some extra help so I tried these. I was not impressed. I could still leak through. They are soft (like material not paper).They had a good sticky on the back of them. They were long but not long enough for me. Made very well. I need a thicker one.

These are a must and providing incontinence care at night for my father. Helps keep him dry and allows him to sleep well at night without having to constantly be awakened for changing.

THESE DON'T STAY IN PLACE INSIDE UNDERWEAR. THESE ARE A WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! THEY DON'T STAY IN PLACE AND THEY ARE NOT ABORBENT AS THEY CLAIM!! DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING THESE. THEY ARE WORTHLESS!!
