Unless you're looking for a dark color, I'd nix the color idea. Beer needs dark bottles to store in, otherwise it will spoil faster.

Are these able to be cleaned/ re-sanitized and used multiple times?

Yes, After use I rinse and spray with Star San, let dry until reuse. Sanitize once more with Star San just before refilling. This can be done many times.
