I listen to musci via my cell phone. I have made calls, listened to music, and used the FM tuner, paired with my moto g7 cell phone. I was able to figure out these functions reading the manual. Making a call was very clear and the other person could hear me well. The visor did not fog because my breath was routed out of the helmet. The speakers do not have much bass, but I expected this from reading reviews from multiple helmets. I'm guessing this is an engineering limitation because you don't want heavy magnets flying around the helmet if you have an accident (I wonder if a flat speaker like in a cell phone would work). The seller is very good with communication. Update - Use an Equalizer! Is the sound perfect -no, but it sounds a lot better when you boost the bass frequencies with an equalizer. I found the equalizer in Amazon music and now the helmet sounds much better, upping to 5 stars, good value for this helmet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Best helmet for the money. After contacting the sellers, they promptly sent me a replacement liner, free of charge. The replacement arrived within a couple days and, admittedly it was a bit of a pain to install (my fault for not paying attention when I pulled it out), but eventually it was installed. Since then I've been able to test it on the road and it is extremely comfortable while riding. Volume is never an issue at any speed. My only complaint is the weight of it, but thats expected for a full face helmet.
