The biggest negative review I was seeing is that the pills are extremely large and not easy to take. It is my assertion that these pills are not as large as people are stating. In the photo attached, the white pills is the vitamin and the orange is a standard 200mg equate brand Ibuprofen. Yes, the vitamin is large but not that significantly. I do agree that having to take 6 daily is a little daunting but overall, they were easy to swallow. There is no smell or taste whatsoever.This is only the first time I’ve taken them so as far as effects (good or bad), I’ll have to report later.

Been taking for 3 months now consistently and it’s now noticeable in my face. My skin looks so smooth and today I was told it has a “glow” to it.This supplement has also don’t wonders to my hair!

Second order of these. I’d prefer the marine capsules, but too expensive and too little collagen amt per serving. This one’s also a lot of pills to swallow in one serving but more than enough collagen for efficacy. I take 3-4 pills in the morning, and if I remember to do it, I take the rest at night. So far, 3-4 is sufficient to get results. Nails are stronger, eyebrows thickening, smoother childhood scars. I don’t have wrinkles to notice any effects on them, but I do hope using this product will help keep them at bay.

The dosage on these pills is six a day! These pills are huge and hard to swallow. I am going to find a collagen product that is easier to take.

This collagen was bought because I was originally using the different collagen that had the biotin added into it. My doctor instructed me that I did not need the added Biotin and bought this collagen instead. I have noticed that after a week of using just straight collagen it works the same as before . I love this brand and I think that they make really quality products, the pill size is just about the same and I haven't noticed any irregularities in the product. would recommend if you are looking for just collagen tablets.
