Can I chew these like gum?

yes you can actually, but they’ll start feeling more and more like aluminum the more you chew lol.

How many tear drops are there? I am thinking about using this in my classroom and have 30 kids.

They're not actually teardrops but rather roughly rectangular pieces. They are very easy to cut however. About the consistency of hardened play-doh.
