I Deserve Love

I have taken workshops and seminars from Sondra Ray as well as her "Loving Relationships Training". In my early stages of seeking to live more freely and without the guilt and shame I carried which interfered with most everything in my life and led me into a 20 year stretch of alcohol and drug abuse, these books and Sondra... as well as her recommendations for further "self work", I began to lighten up, live more freely feeling like "myself", and finding a clean and sober life. Now, over 30 years later, I recommend these books and this work to ANYONE seeking self awareness and growth!

One of the best books I have found to help motivate myself for positive change. Highly recommend for anyone who like myself needed some inspiration and hope for an excellent method of changing the repetitive negative tapes in my head that were not helping me. This book helped me change many of my thoughts in a positive manner.

This book is the best. Reading and doing the affirmations in 1978 I was able to pray with a minister and create the very best career I could ever imagine. Several people describe after doing the affirmation they soon met their spouses. Excellent way to do affirmations that work. We are encouraged to say for example I Fritz get a perfect careeryou Fritz get a perfect CareerHe Fritz get a perfect career. After praying with the minister 5 days later got a volunteer job that led to the perfect career for me.

I first got the book when I had a life changing event and needed to check in with myself. A great easy read and guide to self affirmations - not your typical self help read - so I got another and gave it to my adult kids.

This book was published decades ago and was way ahead of everyone else in this field-maybe she invented the field of thinking yourself toward a goal. I now use it when coaching others on falling in love, relationships, attraction, self love before love of others, etc. Affirmations with actions, that is the key. This book has power, real power. I used it thirty years ago to find a new relationship, told friends about it and they had the same results.Two years ago I ordered it for a friend and was carrying it in my purse. A complete stranger spoke to me-we have been together ever since. What more can you say. I just had it in my purse with the intention of giving it to someone.Publishers, put this back in print.

This book is AMAZING. I started doing the affirmations, and five days into reading through the book and practicing the affirmations I met the love of my life. Keep practicing and reflecting for continued results.

Very well written book. For being a small book, it is packed with a lot of information. This is a keeper.
