Anderson power products are great. however, you will have a hard time with this if you use wire larger than 12 AWG, especially if it has really thick insulation. 10AWG THHN (which has very thin insulation) is still too fat to fit into the plastic connectors.This particular item is great, period.

Installed in a plastic battery box for powering various items in my car. This way, the starter battery is not drained when the car is not running. It provides quick connection/disconnection for whatever is needing 12v power. IT is sturdy and should last a long time with minimal care.

I am thinking of return this product as a few reviewers stated is true. There is no extra slot for connecting all four sets unless you just leave it bear without the rubber jacket. I have not just try shrink tube but it seems not very usefull when you can't use all 4 set connectors.It's doable but again you can't put a large shrink tube or a rubber jacket at the end as it is too wide. There is no guide how to put it but it seems simple as you join all 4 sets together and use the 3 long roll pins to hold it in place to the bushing frame.

Good way to manage your power supply connections when feeding multiple devices with a common power supply.

Very tight fit for the connectors to fit into. Besides that, yes, you can change the order of the connectors by pushing out a pin, though I don't recommend that, because it's hard to get out, and harder to get back in. But either way, they are in the standard red on right, toungs up, but two are turned upside down if you look closely at them.

Works as advertised. The Thickness of the metal panel that this will fit into is a little thin for an aluminum panel, but a steel panel is strong enough to prevent flexing. A thicker aluminum panel will require slight filing to the mounting tabs to hold it in place.

Works as expected. No an important addition to my ham radio battery box.

I didn't see that this was a chassis mount. I will have to buy another flush mount from DX Engineering.
