Huge fan of my Moukey pop filter!
Really like this product. Even though I feel like the mounting rings are a bit frail I give 5 stars because of the convenance and value and size. I have a setup using a Sennheiser e609 that I have mounted on a cheep spring arm and I move it between vocals and my keyboard speaker. Found a “lite” version of a traditional pop filter at Staples for $10 but it’s way to bulky for the cheap spring arm and is impossible to mount so when I came across this item it fit my need perfectally! Without the universal shock mount I wouldn’t be able to use the Moukey with the Sennheiser e609. Before I got this I mounted the Staples pop filter to the desktop and can move it in and out of position when I record vocals. After adding the Moukey pop filter I still use the combo of both for pesky siblance when I am right up on he mic. Not to say that the performance is lacking with the Moukey at all. Very happy with it. Sometimes I get right up on the mic. One thing that does happen when that close is my whiskers from my goatee snag in the Moukey. The mounting screws are nice and solid and the pop filter itself is not a massive feat of engineering but it is well enough made and functional. Great for the price. My only concern is the mounting rings. The order comes with (2) sizes which is very helpful. Once installed they shouldn’t be a problem unless you drop the mic or snag the filter on something accidentally. It’s almost nerve racking stretching the rings over the mount to install because they feel more less rubbery then plastic and feel like they could potentially snap if stretched too far. They could be some super plastic for all I know but I’d say be carful when mounting on your mic! I go back and forth when working on ideas so I am able to quickly slide the filter and the mic to what ever position I need. The shock mount is slenderical but has some reinforcement nubs that won’t allow the ring mount to sit flush. No fault of the Moukey and I am still quite able to use it without it shifting on its own. Check out th pics to see what I am talking about. I think once you get one you will see all the potential and usefulness for your recording applications. Would be great for Podcasting too!

Not so sure about noise cancellations or sound quality [read]
Pop filters are designed to mostly "soften the blow" from your articulation. The "Pop" in the S, C, P, and K sounds. These are harsh on the condensing mechanisms itself. Not only that, but pop filters act as barriers for your mouth - preventing saliva from corroding the metal. It lengthens the lifespan of your microphone. I don't know about the noise cancellation or sound quality / volume control. The differences are so incredibly small, it's not necessarily worth it on those two purposes alone. I mostly bought it for the pop filter purpose. My desk is not large enough to accommodate both a pop filter plus a mic stand. I originally bought Moukey's plastic pop filter, which was kept on your microphone via plastic string and/or rubber band. I noticed one of my favorite video creators / streamers used Moukey's plastic pop filter on their blue yeti, so I got it. For THAT pop filter, it barely fit a Blue Yeti, and the bands constantly broke. So much so, that I replaced them weekly with rubber bands. I was growing rather tired from repairing it every Friday. Not only that, but I have to say - it was quite overpriced. A few weeks ago, I noticed Moukey had a new and improved pop filter, which would be this one. I have to say, it's an all-round improvement from their old filter. Significantly. I can't think of a reason why it shouldn't be five stars. It does its function and does it well. It comes with two plastic rings which can be adjusted via the screws/washers that it comes with. I don't know the exact measurements, but the larger ring can fit a big microphone such as the Yeti, while the smaller rings can fit smaller width microphones. While I don't have a list of microphones to test them on, just by fitting the plastic rings around water-bottles and cans I can safely saw that so long as your microphone isn't the size of a toothpick, a grapefruit, or a milk jug - it'll fit just fine. The material is made of three layers - metal, plastic, and foam. The combination of the three gives it a robust feeling that shows no sign of stopping or age unless you straight up use the microphone as a carpenter's hammer. The design is also neat, so that's an added plus. Overall, very nice. It was on sale at 8.99, I held off on buying, thinking it'd drop lower. Instead it went up to 12.99 - so I knew that if I didn't buy it, I'd be completely out of luck. What do you know - it's out of stock. Five stars.

Filter OK, attachment-rings not great.
The filter does a decent enough job with my mic, once I got it mounted. Not a stellar job, but decent enough. I think the 3-layer ones without the metal-panel work better, but some of that's going to depend on how well it fits your mic. It came with two plastic attachment-rings/brackets that feel really cheap and delicate. The bigger problem with them is that they're both too big for the Scarlett CM25. It's a little annoying that the description says it fits the CM25 when the mounting-hardware it comes with doesn't actually fit that mic, but it was easy enough to make it fit. I wound up cutting a couple of pieces of that self-adhering silicone-tape and wrapping them around the ring in a couple of places, to "pad" it a bit more. Wrapping it around the mic would've worked too, and would've been easier, but that's just an OCD thing with me, I guess. The mic isn't what needs "fixed", the mic is fine. The mic fits the shock-mount just like it should. The problem is that the bracket is too big, not that the mic is too small -- so it's the bracket that needs "fixed", not the mic. Overall, I like the thing better than the large disc-style filter with the bendy-gooseneck that will never stay in place, but the 3-layer metal-mesh/foam/etamine one seems to work better for me.

Seems to do the job well..
I'm not a professional audio guy, just using this for streaming, however this seems to work really well. I'm running the mic about five inches from my mouth and have no pop unless I really try. The audio also does not seem to suffer much if at all when doing local recording to check the audio. Build quality feels pretty good. The metal does collect finger prints like crazy, but you really should not be handling it after its on. The ring that attaches to your mic has rubber feet on either side to prevent the plastic from scratching your mic. Fits my AT-3035 perfectly and with a little work I was able to get it mounted with my shock mount installed. Do note though, if you have a shock mount, it may or may not fit on the mic. I'm sure other products would work better for voice over and professional work. If you are looking for a nice looking pop filter for streaming or youtube, I think this will work very well.

Works very well -- hard to induce pops even when trying
This pop filter works really well. I tried to induce plosive pops into a condenser microphone (AT4033), and it resisted them all. The materials are adequate, and I expect the device to last a long time since once it's installed on the mic, it doesn't need any adjustment. I bought the pop filter and mic shock mount together. Installation was a bit tricky but came out fine. I had first installed the mic with the "long arms" of the shock mount facing the top of the mic, but that prevented me from attaching the pop filter. Putting the mic innto the shock mount with the short arms facing the top of the mic was the trick, and everything went together well. In terms of materials and construction, much more expensive pop filters beat this one but not by much. In terms of function, this pop filter matches more expensive ones. I certainly do recommend the Moukey ones. I bought another one without the shock mount for another mic that is already in a shock mount.

Good, but could Improve
I bought this pop filter for my Blue Yeti to which it was marketed for. Upon arrival, I discovered the mic was almost too big for the largest ring that came in the set, but hey it still fit so I'm not complaining. The placement of where you are able to fasten down the ring is horribly placed, directly over the embossed blue yeti logo which creates a bit of unstableness unless you really crank down on the fastener. This also puts the band of the ring between two of the dials on the rear of the mic. It fits, and works, but I'm not happy with the engineering.

Easy to Use, Hard to Measure—A Narrator’s Take
This is a tricky item to review. On one hand, I really appreciated the flexibility and ease of attaching it to my microphone. It clips directly onto the mic, and its low-profile design means it never gets in the way—especially if you’re not a fan of those large, bendy pop filters. On the other hand, I couldn’t definitively tell if it made a noticeable difference in my audio quality. For context, I’m an audiobook narrator and was also streaming on Twitch when I bought this. Most of my audio cleanup comes from post-processing—effects that handle background noise and mic pops—so the filter’s impact was hard to isolate. Still, for ease of use and minimal footprint, it’s a solid choice. If you’re looking for a sleek alternative to traditional pop filters, this one’s worth considering.

Good (Inexpensive) Idea!
I actually think that the design of this pop filter is a pretty cool idea... It's not shaped like a traditional pop filter and it might not impress non-musical common folk as much, lol, but you know what it DOES do? It gets the job done... And not take up half your mic stand in the process, lol... It does just as good of a job blocking plosives and sibilance as old school pop filters... Maybe better, especially up close... And also, take a look at this thing... It looks like some research and development went into it, with it's metal mesh outer layer and the thin foam insert... Seems way more advanced than somebody's Granny's panty hose stretched around a coat hanger, lol... So not only is it one of the most inexpensive pop filters, it's cooler too, in my humble opinion... I'm definitely gonna order a couple more... Plus my studio buddies are gonna freak when I start handing these out for gifts, lol...

Impressive Performance
I recevied this filter earlier today and I already think it'I already own two pop filters which I use with my Blue Yeti mic for recording YouTube videos. My existing filters work well but they get in the way and tend to fall of the mic. They are the gooseneck style and whilst you can screw them onto the mic stand, they tend to quickly work loose and fall off. I wanted a filter which is designed to fit the Blue Yeti body so when I saw this, I decided it was worth a try. The filter is easy to fit and comes with two sizes of adapter to attach it. The larger one is a perfect fit for the Blue Yeti mic. Having recorded a couple of sound tracks the performance is an improvement on my other filters. It certainly cuts out the plosives, even when I’m speaking close to the mic. I thoroughly recommend this if you want a pop filter that securely fits to a Blue Yeti mic. s great.

On va voir à l'usage!!!

Fits like a damn and works even better!!
I used to have issues with my YETI recordings picking up strange noises that I hadn't perceived with my own ears. Now with the Moukey Microphone Pop Filter, they have disappeared and I now have awesome recordings that only record the intended material. Very happy with this filter. Would recommend it to a friend and already have.
