Delicious! I'm glad I took a chance and bought it. So happy I did!
This hot sauce is high quality, spicy and flavorful! Very easy to use pop top opening. No bitterness and a warm aftertaste.

Great hot sauce!
Extremely good hot sauce. No, I am not going to rave about how it is the best ever. There are way too many sauces, and way to many recipes to declare a "best." I really like this sauce, and will continue to get it as long as it is being produced, but I have several other sauces that I like based on their own merits. The good: It is not the hottest. There is a bit of heat, but if you are looking for pain, go to Dave's insanity or pure cap, or some other stupid hot sauce. It is tasty. It has a nice flavor. It compliments a lot of styles of food. It is great on pizza, is really nice on burgers (others are equally nice), and eggs are a treat with this sauce. The bad: It is not the hottest. Well, by that, I mean it could be a bit spicier. I would not call it mild, or even medium, but it is not hot either. Marie Sharps Fiery is hotter, with an equally (but different) flavor. And, sometimes, depending on what you are using it with, it has a bit too much garlic flavor. I tend to avoid using it when I am eating garlicky foods. The ugly: I can't find this for sale anywhere except for Amazon. And, I tend to run out before I reorder. The garlic flavor can be a surprise. If you try this and think there is way too much garlic, try it with something else before you reject it. I would, and continue to recommend this to friends. It will not likely be your "only" hot sauce, but it will take a place of respect on your shelf.

Delicious!!
I tried this while on vacation and had to find it, it’s that good! It’s the perfect consistency. The spice level is just the way I like it!! Thanks for making a variety of spice levels!!

Sweet Heat, Thin Consistency
In the midst of a Sriracha sauce shortage that left me feeling quite disappointed, I embarked on a search for an alternative hot sauce to enhance my sushi experience. My quest led me to the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce. Over time, I've had the opportunity to explore its flavors and here's my take on it. Pros: Good amount of heat: One of the standout features of the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce is its ability to deliver a satisfying amount of heat. It adds a spicy kick to my dishes, which is exactly what I was looking for to complement my sushi. If you're a fan of spicy flavors, this sauce won't disappoint in that department. Almost sweet in flavor: Interestingly, this Sriracha sauce offers a unique twist by being almost sweet in flavor. It brings a touch of sweetness to the table, which can be a delightful contrast to the heat. This added dimension to the taste profile makes it stand out from other hot sauces and enhances the overall dining experience. Cons: Thinner than traditional Sriracha: One notable drawback is that the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce is thinner in consistency compared to the traditional Sriracha sauce. While this doesn't necessarily affect the flavor, it can make it a bit more challenging to control the amount you use. Those who prefer a thicker sauce might find this aspect disappointing. In conclusion, the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce offers a good amount of heat and an intriguing, almost sweet flavor profile. It serves as a suitable substitute for those facing a Sriracha shortage and looking to spice up their meals. However, its thinner consistency may not appeal to everyone. If you're open to a unique take on Sriracha sauce with a touch of sweetness, this option is worth trying out.

Tasty Sriracha Sauce with a Nice Lemongrass Flair!
This lemongrass and green chili sriracha sauce is a fantastic twist on a classic favorite! As a long-time fan of the signature flavor, I decided to give this variation a try, and it didn’t disappoint. It brings that familiar spicy kick of sriracha but with an added brightness from the lemongrass that pairs incredibly well with noodle and ramen dishes. It’s got the right balance of heat and fresh flavor that makes it versatile enough for all kinds of dishes. All in all, it's a delicious addition and right up there with the standard flavor, now I’m excited to try the rest of the offerings!

Perfect Green Sauce for Eggs and black beans.
Although I enjoy a homemade Hatch green chili sauce, this sauce tastes great and really pops. The heat has a kick which we really enjoy and a real citrusy vibrancy. Great on Huevos Rancheros and black beans.

Seriously hot for some
As a long-time enjoyer of Sriracha I bought this because it seemed like it would have great flavor unlike what I’ve experienced with some other mainstream hot sauces. The flavor was good except it was too sweet for me. I found that distracting. The heat was also really intense for me for some reason. It feels like I abused my mouth so tread carefully ye who eat this sauce. Have it with something fatty and add it conservatively to your food.

My new go to Sriracha
Do you like Sriracha? Don't use it anymore because most brands put ingredients you no longer want to go into your body? Five ingredients, that is all! No fillers, thickeners or flavor enhancers. The taste is delicious. I use it very often and will continue to if Fix continues to provide the same quality. Update: I tried the Lemongrass Sriracha, "AWESOME SAUCE" (every pun intended). So good, I like this brand very much... why is it not available for months now.
