It seems like real yam, because I'm allergic to potatoes and a lot of other things, so I'd know if it had potato flour in it.The nutrition facts label has a mistake on it. It claims there are 50 calories from fat in a 470-calorie serving. But fresh yams only have about 1% of calories from fat, and the flour would be different if that much fat had been added.
