You get what you pay for
I have always paid good money for quality garden hoses, normally buying this brand. I did in the past buy an unbranded 'stretch' hose as I was fed up with a huge reel on the wall. This lasted a year then fell apart, but I really liked the idea. After that I purchased a traditional non kink 25m Hoselock hose with plastic reel. This I had for two years but got completely fed up with the constant kinks in the hose and the immense bulk of the plastic monster that would occasionally make a leap for freedom. I spend an age looking for a decent quality stretch hose on Amazon but drew a blank. Just as I was about to give in I found this!Got the wall mount to go with it (nice low profile unit with small cubbie hole) and am very very impressed. Works brilliantly and seems like it will last for years. Great for general use including supplying my pressure washer.

Lasted 7 months of very little use
Purchased this on the 1st of October 2023 and have used it very little. Yesterday, the hose started leaking pretty badly from a couple of inches where the hose meets the quick release connector. Absolute awful piece of equipment. I thought when it arrived it felt pretty durable, but my god, how i was proved wrong. When not in use it was always stored away in a proper approved Hozelock stowage container. I will never buy this product again, and funny enough, warranty is only valid for 6 months. Avoid.

Schlechte Qualität, schlechter Service
Nach vier Wochen Gebrauch hat der Schlauch schon ein Loch.Eine Rücksendung an Amazon ist nach 30 Tagen nicht mehr möglich, sie verweisen an den Hersteller in GB, der sich leider seit 10 Tagen auch nicht meldet.😡

Leaks around connectors
I've sent one of these hoses back for warranty because it started leaking from the connector. The second one I received leaked from the first day I used it. If it wasn't leaking the hose is awesome, light weight, easy to store and doesn't get stiff when cold like regular hoses.
