Why has my kettle arrived loose inside an Amazon postal box and not the manufacturer’s box inside the Amazon box?

I received mine in the Russel Hobbs box as well. A bit worn out and soggy. I know its about the product but arriving in that condition may as well affect the content inside. Mine arrived with a scratch and everything just not "put together".

what is the replacement filter for this kettle?

The fine mesh has started to disintegrated on mine so I would also like to know if Russell Hobbs have spares. Haven't checked yet.

Having a disaster week with kettles. Two new Dune Morphy Richards kettles leaked from the base. Third purchase was this honeycomb russell hobbs and to my disbelief it wobbles horribly on the stand. I phoned russell hobbs just now and was told this is not a design flaw and they are designed to wobble as they are made of plastic. Mmmm. Not convinced when others of you on this thread say yours have not wobbled...
