Cannot recommend these enough. I got my first pair 6 years ago and finally wore them out a year ago after almost daily use. I've had my 2nd pair for a year and they are amazing. Cannot recommend enough!

I have feet somewhat on the larger and wider side and it’s often hard for me to find a pair of boots that check off all the boxes for work and yet are still comfortable. After a 18 month long search and 5 pairs of boots later, I have found the brand I will be sticking with. Not only are they a great fit and comfortable out of the box, they are sharp looking and well manufactured. It’s only been a little over two months but so far they have held up better than any other brand I have used. All the seems are staying together and the zipper is still working and locking. When it says water proof, they mean it. I’ve steeped it puddles ankle high expecting my feet to get drenched. Not even a little damp. I am honestly a pretty tough critic so I do have a couple of cons. 1- Was Not moving, sitting is a truck without heat and noticed my toes were getting a bit cold. I’m sure there is another series by Danner that offers the same water proofing plus better warmth. 2- Although I still have some I’d like to see the tread hold up a little better. All said and done, these boots are remarkable and I highly suggest them for anyone who works out in the elements.

Ordered one size up, fit great. Once I got laces adjusted, I just zip in and zip out, no tying laces. Good boot.

These boots are very comfortable and very sharp looking. I'm a firefighter/emt so these boots need to hold up working around the station and survive spills in the back of the squad. I'm very impressed with Danner's quality and affordability. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I wish I would've gotten the 8 inch version. The 6 inch puts a little pressure around the top of your ankle but wearing a quality pair of boot socks fixes this. Definitely would buy again but I would get the 8 inch version.

Comfortable. Took about 2-3 weeks to break in. Crazy expensive compared to other 6" zip boots (5.11, underarmour, etc.) Not sure if it's just an Amazon thing or if the boots really do retail for this much. This is my second pair (first pair was cheaper) and with regular use, the sole wore out in about 1.5 years. Wasn't able to resole them so I had to buy a whole new boot

I bought these boots about five years ago from another retailer it has taken me this long to wear them out. This is with everyday wear. I was glad to see them on Amazon as the other retailer had gone out of business. Amazon has a better price also. Got the new boots out them on they are very comfortable right out of the box. I would recommend these boots to anyone who does a lot of walking or standing.

I can't say enough good things about this Danner boot! Previously I had gotten by with purchasing a 'disposable' tac boot every year or so, but these Danners are built like tanks. Excellent support, superior comfort, and quality materials make this a boot you won't be disappointed with.My only gripe is with the side-zip. When my boot is tied to my liking, it is hard enough to pull my foot out using the side zip; putting them on while leaving the boot tied is next to impossible. That being said, I could have gone without that feature, but overall the product is spectacular.

I drive a concrete truck and my feet are always in the mud and water. I rinse my feet off quite a few times during the day. I've waited3 months before reviewing. They were comfortable out of the box. Still haven't gotton wet feet. I don't believe the zippers are for getting your feet in and out. I unzip them while driving, but the laces keep them on just loose around the ankle. Great feature. Great boot. First pair of Danners and will be buying again if the quality with these continues.
