Hi, I don't know if you received the details about the first hose sent that didn't arrive with entire fitting kits missing. Maybe not even about the replacement return being about the tiny jets clogging up and blowing up my pressure washer pump because of trash that was still in the hose from the manufacturing processes. The black plastic trash was clearly from the inside of the pressure hose ends when they were pushed into the hose and crimped. This total consumer fraud blowing up my pressure washer pump adjustable pressure relief valve! I want a replacement pressure washer or new pump assembly. You owe me Money for a new pump. I will collect this money from you hopefully.

It busts up clogs and fixes the problem but the hose kinks too easily making it hard to push through a long 4" pipe and only the one tip worked. no backpressure on the black one and no flor on the one with the brass rings.

What I didn’t like is it retains the coil shape and that makes it a little difficult to feed into the sewer lines

I have be thinking of this for a wile i am a contractor bought it more as a toy I have used it several time and love it easier the getting my larger snake out

Bought this to clean a drain. Connections are to long to turn corners in 2 inch pipe. Almost 4 inch of solid steel trying to get around a corner. Maybe it was made for 6 inch and up plumbing

It did the job, a little bit stiff on the swivel end. It really propel itself like it should probably because of the stiff swivel end. That's the business end of it.

Everything is good, but I do wish that there were some instructions or paperwork as to what each piece is for.

It did the job. Thawed out my frozen line in ten minutes. I just hooked it up to my electric pressure washer with the hot water and the crawler worked it’s way through. (Floor drain in my shop ).
