This battery jump pack is an excellent choice. The battery pack is easy to use and reliable. I have used the battery pack three times and it still shows 100% power. With this battery pack you do not need to turn on either the on switch or the power switch simply hook up the jumper cables included, connect the red to the positive, the black to the negative, and you will get a steady green light. Get inside your car, turn off all the accessories, and start the car. After starting the car, remove the black cable first and then the red cable. The unit also allows for using the flashlight, USB charging, or with a 12 volt adapter. when using these functions you need to first turn on the switch on the side of the unit. The flashlight has a steady light, strobe function, a SOS strobe, and a red and blue emergency type strobe. It is turned on with the power button and you cycle to the correct light stream by hitting the power button until you get to the light desired. Hold the power button to power the light off. The USB charging allows for a standard 1.5 amp and a 2.1 amp USB ports. It also has a 12V cigarette type adapter that can be used also. The USB C Port is an import port to charge the unit. The instructions say you can use a five amp charger, but I would recommend a higher output charger to charge the battery pack. The battery pack even, if you haven’t used it, you should recharge it every three months to make sure the charge is refreshed and holding. Most likely you can go longer than this but if the charge drops below 50% it most likely will not jumpstart your car. This is recommended with most other battery packs as well. I jump started my minivan 3 times and still says I am at 100%. One time the battery was completely dead and it started the car immediately. I would recommend it to a friend. An enemy I would recommend buying on TEMU.

I would highly recommend buying this product. The customer service is 1st rate. They care about their customers and stand behind there product(s). I have bought a few different compact jump starters and this one is by far my favorite. The carrying case is hardshell so it protects the device and components. It includes a User Manual, no need to download it or try and find the right model. The functionality of the device is great and easy to use. Whether you need a jump start for your vehicle, charge any device that uses a USB like your cellphone, or maybe you need a flash light, this device has you covered. if you are in need of help, it has an S.O.S. light or strobe light. It's compact and yet rugged to hold up to get the job done. You can fit it under your car seat or in the glovebox, it's entirely up to you where you want to store it. I bought this for a gift and my friend told me it was better than having to wait for roadside to come out and jump their battery.

I got two of these units. One for myself and shortly after, one for my Dad. They are amazing little jumpers and very powerful however, there are two things I have/ had an issue with. One, involving both units, the time you have from the time you hook it up to the time you have to turn the key before it goes into safety or whatever its doing is insanely short, like under 3 seconds. So, if you are under your hood, likely you will struggle to get to the key before it shuts off. I have a message into the seller about this as I hoped it was just one of the boxes, but both do it. You then have to unplug the harness out of the box and plug it back in to reset it. Its very annoying. So its 5 stars when you can do it by yourself, 2 when you cant and need to find help! The second issue I had was charging. I was jumping a friends 4 cyl. inboard boat and the charger got really hot and died on us, and rather quickly. We jumped it 5 or 6 times within 10 minutes, starting with a fully charged box from the night before. Two days later I still could not get the charger to charge. Only the first light would flash out of the 4 and it would never get to the 2nd light showing its in the process of charging. I contacted the seller and they recommended a larger 18W charger. I was using a 12W. I also tried a 5W. I thought, no way this is not the problem, but it was. So, be sure you have at least an 18W wall charger to go with it. I charged mine 4 or 5 times on the 12 without issue, but never let it completely die as I did the last time. If it had more time from hook up to start I'd give it 5 stars. And, I wish you could use it without a battery, like to trim an outboard up on a boat that has no battery in it. ALSO, if the battery is really dead, it will not power anything either to give you accessory power, instead It immediately shuts off. But, Overall it is a great little charger. Crazy amount of power! Super compact and fits easily anywhere.

This is our 2nd so know we can keep one in each car ... because of course when we needed to use it we forgot to move it to the car we were traveling in. Oops They're small convenient and have a nice little case. I'm never fond of jump starting car to car (because we've seen what people are capable of) this takes some of that away ... Its pretty easy to use and we can bring it on the boat too (hey things happen ... music, plugging in your device to charge - which this can be used for that too I've read) It was a great value with the discount that was available at the time so we were able to get an upgraded one on this purchase vs our 1st one.
