**Q: What are the actual measurements? Across and down?**
A: Don't actually know but it fits a size 10 just right. We bought them to wear in a colon cancer support 5k. Perfect!

A: Hello,I am very sorry but the it might not work. This is perfect to enhance any costume's kiester but putting more insulation might deformed the accessory.

A: There is no waist size. They come with some elastic strapping; however, it is not long enough to go around anyone's waist. I used it tucked into a extra large pair of jeans and had them sticking out the top replicating a plumber's butt.

A: They attach with elastic straps. Easily lifted.
