I have been using this product every time I wash my hair after experiencing heat damage following a silk press. It has been nearly a year of using this leave in almost exclusively every 1-1.5 weeks for the past 10-11 months. I have noticed my hair reverting back to my natural 4b hair texture and my hair regaining volume. This is one of the best products I have tried for the heat damage and I really recommend it. I am so happy with the results.And for the complaints about the smell - it does not smell bad at all. It has a somewhat strong oil-based scent, which is very common in black hair care products. If you aren't used to that, then you may not like the scent. But it does have a typical black hair product scent. I don't mind it at all and think it actually smells quite nice. 5/5 would recommend.

Been using for a couple months now and I do noticed the more I use the more is weighing down my hair which i don't like. I do like the smell and it's not greasy to me, lots of moisture.

I dont usually write reviews but this product has been amazing for me. I hadn't even finished my first bottle when I purchased another for back up. I still haven't gone through it and I feel like I want to buy more so I always have it! Please read my review if you have similar hair to me!I recently made the decision to transition from relaxed hair to natural again and this product (of course in combination with healthy lifestyle choices, good wash routine, and a few supplements) has greatly impacted the way my hair has grown (I've been using this product consistantly for about a month now):Appearance: it's less frizzy, has a lot of shine, and is growing out quickly. Less breakage and a deeper, richer color.Smell: was not my favorite at first tbh, but I have come to love it, as the product itself works very well on my hair type (3c/4a)Application: feels like a cream and when applied to damp hair, slides through like a warm oil. A little goes a long way and I'm able to work it from root to tip without too much saturation. It detangles my hair as I apply it so I dont need to do any extra combing (this is a literal miracle, I have yet to find a product that can match this detangling power)On Dry Hair: It works best on wet hair. When applied on dry hair, it didnt work as well for me, so I use a different product for refreshing (yall with the same hair are gonna know about using a few different products to achieve different looks). Same brand, the Carol's daughter almond milk leave in conditioning spray is excellent to rehydrate before my next wash day, also it smells beautiful.Overall: If you actually read all that, I'm dead serious. This stuff has been a blessing for me. If you have 3c/4a hair and you are willing, I highly recommend just giving it a shot. Don’t spend your money on expensive serums and creams for your hair. This is the holy Grail I used it. I gave it to my sisters to use it. My sister’s now cannot live without it. Their children can’t live without it cause it makes her hair so nice you would be surprised at this stuff is like a day at an expensive salon. I’m a redhead and works wonders on my hair. My sisters are blonde and they love it. It doesn’t weigh heavy on your hair is not greasy. You be surprised with you. Use it just a little bit put it all through your hair blow dry your hair when you style it and you will be telling all your friends about it.

This whole line has surprised me! First off I do not like the smell at all but the results are so worth it. This has worked wonders on my hair straight or curly styling. I use the shampoo, deep conditioner and oil from this line on my daughters coarse mixed hair and it it the perfect balance of moisture and protein for her. I haven't used a product line this good in years and we try A LOT with her very curly hair!It's not heavy on either of our hair textures so it works for a wide variety of textures and curl patterns.
