Good Addition for Glow Party
While it was a bit smaller than I was thinking, it still was a perfect addition to our glow party! Colors did glow and the kids enjoyed it!

Dont be deceived!!
The quality of the material was great, nice and heavy, very durable. My problem was with the fact that the words and designs were NOT neon!! They were kind of a dark pastel. I thought they would really glow like the pic. All in all, everyone at my granddaughter's glow party loved it, so I guess it was a win for them.

Do not glow in the dark
The banner was nice, the material was not to thick but not thin. Great quality for the price paid. Just disappointed that it didn't actually glow in the dark.
