My husband is always borrowing my lighters so I finally told him to keep them all as long as he doesn’t touch this one. It’s rechargeable so I can just plug it in and then once it’s charged leave it in my special drawer so it’s ready to light candles or cakes. I’ve usdd it to light all the little candles every night we have guests over and it works so well. I only wish I had gotten this earlier to avoid frustration

Is it a little gimmicky yes probably. But after buying a bunch of candles on closeout and not having a lighter this thing is absolutely genius. Simply unpack it ,charge it and you are good to go. The head is flexible for dipping deep into a jar to light the wick. No click click click. Just turn on switch press the button and light away. It is the perfect safe way to use a lighter.

Worked amazingly at first - I couldn't believe no one had told me about this product before .... aaaand, then it started smoking when I lit a candle ... and then another candle ... and then it stopped working all together. I'd steer clear of this product -- just like the candles it lights, it burns brightly at first, fizzles out quickly and dies. Then you're left with e-junk to figure out what to do with. Stick to matches.

I got this to replace my normal gas BBQ lighter, that I use for spell work. It seemed sustainably promising and worked well for a time. Then it would fritz out & stop working. Eventually, I'd have to charge it every single time I wanted to use it, before I was ready to use it.2 months l8r, & now it's just stopped working. I trashed it. Would not recommend.

I like this lighter but I don’t love it. I constantly burn candles and I was sick of my old lighters running out of fluid. This lighter does the job but sometimes I feel like i have to readjust a few times before the wick catches on fire. I also feel like the battery life could be better considering that each use only lasts a few seconds. Still, I guess it gets the job done and that’s what counts.

This is a great invention. I don’t have a lot of strength in my hands so I find the other candle lighters difficult. These with the USB batteries are perfect. I can mail out all my candles again with no strain on my hands. battery life is pretty good but a USB charger is always nearby.

I use this to light the wood wicks of my homemade candles. Cool concept, works well on wood and fabric wicks. The battery lasts about two weeks when lighting candles every night. Recharges via Micro USB, which is great.But I'll be honest: it's not any more functional than a butane lighter. I run it for less than 5 continuous seconds to reduce strain on the battery. It also emits a faint, high-pitch noise during operation. I don't notice it anymore, but guests mention it.Still, you can't pretend you're Emperor Palpatine with a butane lighter. Good buy.

Es muy util, la compre para poder prender cartón pero tarda mucho para prenderlo mejor la utizo para prender la estufa y velas. Funciona se maravilla
