The pan baked the crust evenly. I followed directions and coated with oil before first use. It was perfect. For the second time, I did not oil the pan. My tart stuck to the bottom and was impossible to get off the pan. I will oil the pan next time.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas last year. Now that Christmas is here again this year, I can report that he has loved having them and that they work great. The bottom lifting from the edges makes removing from the tin really easy.

Comes individually wrapped in plastic, so no scratches which I appreciate. The 3 inch size is the store bought size of Portuguese or Chinese egg tarts.

After looking all over for tart tins….i did what I should have done from the start. Amazon! These 4 inch tart tins are a good quality product. They are sturdy and have a good finish. Having the removable bottom made it so easy to plate and serve. Great product!

I love these little tart tins. I ventured out and tried a new recipe for mini cheesecake tarts and was worried that the crust would stick. Well, not only did they release easily, but absolutely nothing stuck to the molds. Perfect in every way! I anticipate using these often. One of my better purchases this year!

Perfect for making tarts and are a good size for small ones. I have not used them yet but they seem to be good quality.
