Description: As a breastfeeding mom, you can safely enjoy a cocktail if you’re careful! Storing milk ahead of time is a great option as is waiting for alcohol to leave the system before nursing again. The American Academy of Pediatrics’ (AAP) latest guidelines state that consuming a drink (12-oz of beer, 1-oz hard liquor, glass of wine) is fine as long as you wait 3-4 hours before feeding your baby again. Now with the Papablic Test & Safe Breastmilk Alcohol Test Strips, you can know for certain whether alcohol has passed through your system and it’s safe to nurse again. When you drink, your baby drinks too! Drinking regularly (over 30mg/dl, or 0.03%) while breastfeeding may lead to drowsiness, deep sleep, weakness and slowed growth for your baby. And when there is alcohol in the milk babies seem to take less milk than they would otherwise. Bottom line: it’s not safe for even small amounts of alcohol to reach your child through breastmilk! Why guess when you can test? Papablic Test & Safe Breastmilk Alcohol Test Strips let you test with 99.9% accuracy that your last cocktail is not still present in your breastmilk. And if milk is present, our test will give you a good estimate on how long you should wait until it’s safe to feed your baby at the breast again. Why choose our Test & Safe breastmilk alcohol test strips? ✔ No need to pump and dump—our strips clearly show the estimated time it will take to eliminate alcohol in the breast milk after consuming a given number of alcoholic drinks. ✔ Easy to use— 3 steps help you stress less after having a drink. ✔ 2-min rapid and 99.9% accurate result—our strips detect even low levels of alcohol in breastmilk, ensuring safe breastmilk for your little one. ✔ Peace of Mind—know for sure that you’re drinking and feeding as responsibly as possible!

Absolutely not!
No no no!! first strip I used remained white, granted I hadn’t drank that much but after using nearly 10 of these strips on different milk samples from a few of my friends they still remained white, I resorted to dipping them straight into vodka, and wine ...and guess what it still stayed white instead of turning blue when alcohol is detected. These strips are not reliable nor accurate - and as a medical professional advise against their use, advisable to avoid alcohol all together but if you must drink then buy another brand.

Don’t buy, does not work
I have tried these tests in several occasions, at different intervals to check accuracy. They don’t work. When you dip them into actual alcohol they work but they can not detect the alcohol in milk. Be aware and dont trust these. For 1 unit of alcohol, wait 1 hr until there is a legitemate test on the market. I wish I could get a refund but it is too late, I had used 1/3 of the pack while testing the accuracy.

DO NOT TRUST!
Do not buy these. They should be taken down as a legitimate breastfeeding product!! I used for a couple of weeks and became suspicious. Then tested on pure spirits and the indicator didn't change colour for over 1/2 hour! Really dangerous.

Very hopeful
Very good to have at home, is showing everything. You Don t have to use another one to see if you still have alcohol, just keep the use one and when is white, you ll know u can star breastfeeding.

Don't waste your money.
Profiting from the anxiety of new mothers. Bananas contain 0.4% ABV and nobody would avoid giving their baby that. Research has proven that it's perfectly safe to feed with such a low quantity of alcohol in their breastmilk. You could be in an alcohol induced coma and your breastmilk would still be safe.
