Works great. Only problem is it fogs up on the inside sometimes. This is user error, however, as I am missing a screw on the bottom.My only improvement would be that it should not stop the gate on the open cycle, otherwise, works great!

Easy installation with direction provided. This accessories is easy to line up using a string.

I would like to say that TOPENS customer support has been great and responsive. They replaced the unit with another that worked even worse. Here is the deal - the way gate openers are sold is that things like this item are options. I have a Topens CK700 sliding gate opener which works fine. I have bought several other add-on options which all work fine.However, this infrared sensor did not work as expected - the first one only worked 8 out of 10 times (the rest of the times the gate did not open - in other words the fault was intermittent). The replacement sensor did not work at all.In the end, I purchased https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07J6S51RC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which worked as advertised. Please note that I could have purchased TC102 photocell: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZTB4VML which I believe would also have worked.I even built housings in case sunlight (or the infrared light on the gate camera for night vision) was the root cause of the failures.I spent about 20 hours trying to get this to work without fail. I believe the problem lies in the sensor's internal relay which informs the gate opener that the path is clear of objects. I would heed the other reviews saying this sensor does not work. Two of them did not work for me.I gave this a three star review because TOPENS has refunded the monies for this purchase. Again I am very pleased with their customer support which I the best I have ever encountered. I highly recommend TOPENS products because of their support and quality.

Ordered the reflector because I originally installed the RK1100T with a different reflector. They didn't work well in the sun. Got the TRF# and it works great! Easy to Install as well

This was super easy to install and provides safety for the gate. I would highly recommend it for all Topens gates

I added this to my gate because I kept forgetting to close the gate (allowing my dogs freedom). I didn't want the gate to close automatic with out having a sensor to check for something blocking the gate. Now it closes automatically and I don't get blamed for leaving the gate open.

things to know, were not even mentioned in the instructions. number 1 is how to adjust the beam with the three tiny screws on the spring loaded printed wiring board, number 2 is that the spring strength varies markedly between units, number 3 is that the beam projection can be most easily seen at dusk to significantly aid in aligning the reflector disk. number 4, the description should have made clear that no wires are included which I had to pay extra for and delayed the installation. number 5, the toll free support number is worthless since you can’t directly speak to anyone, number 6, and most importantly, the design should have allowed for tuning in the beam direction AFTER the plastic lens is secured. It is a real pain to iteratively adjust the beam direction since is easily deflected off the mark during the plastic lens install.
