Yes, it works!

Good Product
These sachets are made in Australia. I used them when I lived there, but could not find them here in the US. But Amazon now has them. The taste is a mild lemony flavor. And they work, for what you need them for. Very happy with the product and will definitely buy again.

My husband from Australia swears by Ural but you can’t find it in the states. Now we can get it through Amazon!

Just buy it
Like other reviewers, I was prescribed this while on vacation in the UK, and I was so mad that we didn't have it back in the US. Thrilled that Amazon has it, because it makes those stupid red pills look like sugar pills. I won't use anything else.
