Luxja Sewing Machine Case

I like this so much more than I thought I would. It fits my vintage Kenmore model #385-15510200 like a glove. Originally, the machine came in a rigid, hard case with sharp edges/corners that was difficult, awkward and sometimes painful to lug around, and didn't stay closed very securely. It was purchased back in the day when sewing machines came with very sturdy, hard carrying cases, unlike today when you only get a cardboard box. But, I find that this soft case makes it so much more comfortable to carry & store my machine securely, and I appreciate the the hand or should strap options. There is so much storage that I will never use, both inside and outside the case; but good to have the option if I ever need them. I keep the foot pedal and cords stored in the front zipper pouch and the attachments in an inner pouch with the machine. I couldn't make up my mind whether to get just the case, or the case+trolly, because these vintage machines are pretty heavy. But in the end, I decided on getting just the case, because there are more options where I can store it (closet shelf/floor, under the bed, etc), and I can roll it around the house using this folding dolly cart I also got from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DFH3WYKB?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1. I won't be travelling with my machine, so the trolley option seemed an unnecssary expense for me. The cherry on top is the fun, gray polka-dot design of the very sturdy fabric. Most of the zippers function very smoothly, with the exception of the 2 plastic pouches under the lid. They're a bit difficult to maneuver due to the rigidity of the plastic, but don't plan to use them because my machine fills the case right up to the top So in summary - if your machine's dimensions allow, I would highly recommend this padded, yet sturdy soft case.

Perfect for my Toyota sewing machine. Although the sewing machine was slightly too tall. The bag just needs to be 1 inch higher, but it is soft shell so it stretches. Love all the pockets and it feels sturdy

I am in love with this thing. STORAGE - There are only 4 major pockets but SO MUCH MORE LIES WITHIN. I need to buy more sewing stuff just to fill all the pockets I haven’t yet already! Each major component has a million other bungie pockets and slips with more pockets. It makes organizing a snap. STURDY - I wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous grey tank-made-of-clouds that is this bag. Seams are strong and the zippers are smooth. Material like a heather canvas, straps are nylon? I like them. TRANSPORT - handles are perfect. Long strap for long hauls and a short set for quick trips. I usually struggle with the weight of my machine but this bag makes it easy to move (and the material slides effortlessly on my LVP, but that’s not really its recommended use) USE - if I need something now I can find it in seconds versus the various boxes and bags I had things in before. It’s tidy and everything fits without warping the bag’s sleek square look. My machine is quite big (Singer Sew Mate) and the top pokes up just a smidge past the top, but doesn’t prevent the bag from closing. It’s also a little difficult to get the machine itself in and out (that might just be user error) BUT I will take 60 seconds of fumbling every now and then, over the constant “where did I put that..?” life I lived before. TLDR; Fits “Singer Sew Mate” machine but machine is a tad tall for it, highly recommend anyway

Much better appointed than my previous sewing machine carrying case. The main pocket fits my Brother GX37 with room to spare, and the front and side pockets are great for organizing all my different threads and notions. It’s durable and the fabric seems to be water resistant. Purple color is a bonus.

Spacious case with moderate amount of padding and ample storage. Well constructed. The only negative thing about the case is the storage in the lid. The lid will not zip closed, if large or bulky items are placed in the storage compartments. I give this 4 stars because I feel it could use a little extra padding.

i use this to carry my welder to shows for jewelry. everything fits nice with the addition of some heavy foam. nice carry handle, and additional shoulder strap.

This case is nice looking and easy to maneuver. It’s roomy enough to hold my sewing machine, attachments, feet pedal and a small case of thread spools. The side compartments fit my scissors, bobbins, and other sewing necessities. I really love how clean and organized everything stays. It fits nicely in the closet until I need it and eliminates having a big bulky cabinet. I can just take it out and use it on the dining room table. I can also easily transport it in my car. I only wish I’d gotten this years ago.

I purchased this bag to carry all my supplies for creating dream catchers, leather keychains, jewelry and macrame designs. This bag is absolutely perfect! I am able to carry everything I need so I can work on the go. I am able to work at home, at my in-laws, on vacation, everywhere! The front zipper pocket is small but perfect for my scissors, pliers and for keeping track of my notes and receipts. The zipper section behind has plenty of individual mesh pockets for holding my clasps, small keychain rings, hooks, measuring tape, and jump rings. It also has a clear zipper pocket perfect for holding my sewing threads where I can see all the different color options. Each side section has a mesh zipper pocket as well as two separate open elastic pockets. They help me to keep my feathers, macrame comb and wooden beads organized. There are still some pockets unused (obviously) but I’m sure I will have plenty of new supplies in the coming weeks to fill them. 😉 Finally, there is plenty of space in the large section for all my spools of leather, lace, ribbons, jute, and hemp. On top of those spools there is still plenty of space for my box of scrap pieces and my small sewing kit. There is a separate pocket along the back of that area dedicated to a laptop but I use it for my thinner hemp cords and extra metal rings. Inside the top of the flap there are two clear zipper pockets I use for extra metal rings and my Bluetooth headphone case. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this bag and I look forward to traveling with it and taking my business all over the place. This has been one of the best purchases I’ve made since my business took off.
