I have hair that can get frizzy. I spray this on my hair after I towel dry and brush out. The spray is more like a mister...it gets the product around, not just concentrated in one area. I also think it helps me not use too much. It lasts a while. My hair looks and feels very natural, and not frizzy when I am done. It has a nice smell to it as well. Highly recommend this.

I like to add one spritz of this to my hair cream before putting it on my hair. It smells okay but is really heavy if you use too much. A couple times, I've gotten a bottle that smells rancid, and keeping a bottle around for too long definitely makes it turn rancid too.
