After many disappointing meals in restaurants my family has decided that we are better off cooking some things at home. Buffalo wings is one of those foods. I bought these to bake our wings before we toss them in sauce. My wife likes them as crispy as she can get them but baking them in a pan leaves one side wet. So I got these to lift the wings off of the pan so they can crisp all the way around. It’s not a perfect solution because the bottoms still get some steam from the drippings but they themselves are not dripping from rendered fat. And they fit a standard sized cookie pan perfectly. It’s still a win. Buy a pair.

I needed a pair of cooling racks to fit our two half sheet pans and these are exactly what I was looking for! Inexpensive, stainless, easy clean up and a nice thick gauge. I use ours for dry brining and applying rub to meat I'm going to smoke and these are outstanding. Less kitchen mess which my wife likes. No sag even with a big pork shoulder on them. Plenty of room for a couple racks of ribs. A quick spray with our kitchen faucet and they clean right up. Very happy.

These racks did not fit my pans, which is disappointing. They do seem to be well built, have a hefty weight to them. Not sure what I will do with them, since I was so excited that I already washed it and put food items on it, won't be returning. Recommend measuring your pans before ordering.

I cooked a duck for Christmas this year. Due to the fat content of duck, it must be roasted on a trivet of some kind to prevent it from cooking in its own fat. This did the job quite nicely, easily fitting into my roasting pan. The quality is good. It is sturdy, and as equally easy to clean as any other rack. I just threw mine in the dishwasher.

We have a winner! Not only is this an extremely well-made and sturdy cooling rack, I have no doubt that it will also hold up well inside my Black & Decker convection oven. The racks measured EXACTLY as they were described and, therefore, fit perfectly into the slots inside the little oven. Now I can cook on two racks at the same time. ☺

We actually purchased to use as a roasting rack to be used in smaller casserole dishes. Should be sufficient for 7-10 lb. roasts. Maybe even 12 lb. Turkeys. If not, I am pretty sure the rack will not fail (break) only bend which most likely can be bent back close to original.

Works great. I put bread right out of the oven on then. Large Pizzas too.They are great for rinsing cubed meat before pat drying; size is just right to stretch across sink and the 'feet' on the bottom prevent either end from slipping into the sink.

This rack works perfectly in the 11-3/4” x 9-3/8” aluminum foil pans we use in hubby’s smoker.

The racks is the perfect fit for my pans and is very sturdy.
