Decent for the price
It fit the mower. It seems to work pretty good. It's a lot lighter than the original. So not OEM quality at all. It has a few more plastic parts. But it's cheap and it will make an old mower work for a few more years. It I also has all the accessories you would need.

As described.
Perfect for Rebuilding my old push mower. Bolted right up. Primed it and started on first pull.

Pleasantly surprised.
I had my doubts, considering the low cost. I've used inexpensive after market carburetors on small engines before with mixed results. If you look at the throttle plate in a carburetor like this, compared to an OEM, the fit is pretty sloppy, with visible air gaps around it. The good news is that really doesn't matter on a lawn mower because you aren't running it at a low idle. So I found this carb fit perfectly, and ran fine. They were thoughtful enough to send two gaskets, which are often needed to seal the plastic plate properly. The priming bulb worked well also. In fact, everything included worked well. An awful lot of thought goes into a kit like this. It includes every little thing that you might need. That speaks well for the manufacturer/supplier. Five stars plus.

Fits fine, mower engine surged
Replaced Briggs and Stratton mower carburetor. While it's cheaply made, i.e. throttle linkage is plastic, float bowl cover lesser quality metal, it fit fine and install is quick. It was difficult to prime even with a new air filter intake and gasket but eventually got it running. On this engine though, the low speed jet is probably too skinny and needs to be drilled slightly larger as it consistently surged when mowing. Decided to reinstall old carburetor and it ran smooth. The problem I really had was a warped and leaking air intake box which I installed after new carb. Will hold onto this and may end up using down the road.

New carb for John Deere JS60 push mower
Old mower had not been used for 8 years. The carburetor bowl was rusted and the fuel inlet needle was seized in the seat. Not fixable so I tried this aftermarket carb. Due to some reviews reported leakage before I installed it I removed the bowl to verify the float height closed the inlet needle when level. All looked good. Installation was easy and now the old mower runs good. Maybe I got lucky but very pleased.

It worked
Worked as it should and was almost the same price as the rebuild kit. Saved a lot of time and headache.

Did not seem to work as it should.
I pulled my walk behind weed eater out of the garage having a vague memory of it not working a few years ago when I tried it last. I figured that like most small engine issues I've dealt with - it was probably a gummed up carburetor and these days a new one is less than $30 - so I ordered this replacement. Easy fix - I thought. When it arrived I installed it and was confused that the engine did NOT run well with it. I don't know all of the proper terminology so it is hard to describe small engine symptoms... but it sort of stuttered along at an idle and would not run smoothly. I was sure that I had done something wrong on the install - and so took it off - checked everything to make sure that the moving parts moved, put on a different spark plug just in case that was the issue, put the carb back on and started it again. Same issue. It just kind of barely ran. In a last ditch effort, I put the old carb back on to see what it would do - and was surprised that it ran flawlessly. Which of course made me wonder why I didn't test the thing out right away before buying the new carb. But in any case - bottom line is that the carb that was sent to me, even though it looked identical in every way to the original one and appeared to be in good shape, did not work at all. In the end I'm not positive what the issue is - but the evidence points to either a poor quality product or poor quality assurance testing at the factory.
