Trash!! Waste of money!
Absolute trash! These are not penalty flags, they shouldn’t even be classified as party favors. The photo in the description is a complete misrepresentation. It’s tied together by a cheap twisty and has no weight to it. Terrible product.Avoid!!

I received my order today and had ordered 2 sets. Both sets only contained yellow flags. Neither had the red flags I was looking for.
