I bought these to replace my really old and noisy bathroom fans. Easy installation. They work well, much quieter. Happy with the purchase.

Bought one of these to replace our old vent fan (model 696ND-B). Looking at the old fan, the spindle on the replacement was facing the wrong way but it was easy to swap (unscrew the two black screws, swap the grey metal housings, reinstall the screws). After that, it fit perfectly. It's a little quieter than the old one, too.It's a bare bones motor, with no extra parts which suited me fine since I reused the original locknuts. No instruction manual either, but doesn't really need one IMHO. It's a good value and easy to replace the motor without having to get an entirely new unit

For my application the mounting screws were too short and the motor shaft was too long. Definitely not a "bolt in and go" for my fan, but not too difficult to make work. Fan and motor work well and are much quieter than the ones they replaced.

Replaced an old noisy utility room fan no one had used on decades. Was the perfect replacement and quieted things down nicely.

Had to modify installation by using spacers so shaft wouldn't be pinched against case. Seemed to have worked.

Bought it without looking at my fan since I have the same cheap square bathroom fan that’s in every other house. Perfect fit. Had it installed 10 minutes after it hit the door.

These fans are noisy. The first one I got was good and have minimal issues with it, however the second one I got was terrible. There was a loud rattle when starting the fan up, and it wasn't even spinning at full speed. I got a replacement, and at first install it seemed ok, but after 1 month it's already getting a lot more noisy. Poop quality, but what should I expect with the price. With all the positive reviews, I guess I got the bad batch that was bound to happen.
